Hello, I am Pauline, I am 20 years old and I live in Antwerp. I study languages at Lessius Hogeschool and I am obsessed with everything that has to do with the Spanish language. For the rest, I love to travel and to see new places. I don't have any experience as a model, I am just trying something new.
We're having a little break from the crazy cold of this winter, so yesterday I went for a little ride.
I came back with lots of photos to sort through... later! Today I want to fire up the "project" for the first time. =D

La place des Vosges (place royale avant la Révolution) se trouve dans le Marais, faisant partie des 3e et 4e arrondissements parisiens. Conçue par Louis Métezeau, elle est la « sœur » de la place Ducale de Charleville-Mézières. Nommée autrefois place royale, la place des Vosges est la place la plus ancienne de Paris, juste après la Place Dauphine.
C'est une place, conçue sur un plan quasi carré, de 127 sur 140 mètres de côté, bordée d'immeubles d'habitation de deux étages en briques rouges à chaînages de pierre calcaire blanche et toits d'ardoise bleue très pentus, aux fenêtres à petits carreaux, d'une grande unité de présentation. En effet, un édit royal, pris au XVIIe siècle, a imposé l'unité de la composition des bâtiments et la hauteur uniforme, à l'exception du pavillon du roi, au centre du côté sud (le plus élevé de tous) et du pavillon de la reine, qui lui fait face sur le côté nord, qui sont volontairement plus élevés. Les pavillons actuels font quatre travées de largeur, ils sont composés d'un rez-de-chaussée à arcades, de deux étages carrés et de deux étages de comble. On ne connaît pas le nom de l'architecte de la place ; on a cité les noms de Jacques II Androuet du Cerceau, Louis Métezeau, Clément Métezeau ou Claude Chastillon.
Le centre de la place des Vosges est occupé aujourd'hui par le square Louis-XIII, bordé de rangées d'arbres, avec au centre quatre fontaines au milieu de pelouses et une statue équestre de Louis XIII. Cette statue, œuvre de Jean-Pierre Cortot et Charles Dupaty, a été installée en 1825. La première statue datant de 1639 avait été détruite pendant la Révolution.

These women do not exist. They each are a composite of about 30 faces that I created to find out the current standard of good looks on the Internet.
On the popular Hot or Not web site, people rate others’ attractiveness on a scale of 1 to 10. An average score based on hundreds or even thousands of individual ratings takes only a few days to emerge.
I collected some photos from the site, sorted them by rank and used SquirlzMorph to create multi-morph composites from them. Unlike projects like Face of Tomorrow or Beauty Check where the subjects are posed for the purpose, the portraits are blurry because the source images are low resolution with differences in posture, hair styles, glasses, etc, so that I could use only 36 control points for the morphs.
What did I conclude about good looks from these virtual faces? First, morphs tend to be prettier than their sources because face asymmetries and skin blemishes average out. However, the low score images show that fat is not attractive. The high scores tend to have narrow faces. I will leave it to you to find more differences and to do a similar project for men.

This was taken in my home made light box. Processing consists of adding the frame, other than that this is SOOC.
The internationally famous island of Sipadan lies five degrees north of the equator in the Sulawesi Sea. Lying 35km south of Semporna, on Sabah's mainland, like many tropical island it is thickly forested and surrounded by sandy beaches. Sipadan is an oceanic island and was formed by living corals growing on top of an extinct undersea volcano, which rises 600m from the seabed.
