Everything in Sisters, Oregon, closes after 9 pm. There is only one convenience store open in town. It was the only place to get anything to eat. So...root beer and gas station hot dogs = delicious dinner.

Frogtown Champs

big weiner truck parked on rt. 9w in coxsackie..no joke

Igår var der cykeltosserier i byen (se andetsteds på min side).

Idag var turen så kommet til en gang hotdog spisning, meget fantasifuldt..

Førstepladsen gik selvfølgelig til en Silkeborggenser Benny (Bomstærk) som Jan Monrad kaldte ham, med 25 hotdogs tæt fulgt af Finn (pølseskind) har jeg kaldt ham :-) Iøvrigt gik al overskud til Kræftens Bekæmpelse.

Skiltene som pigerne står med er ikke point tavler, men antal hotdogs hver enkelt pølsedansker fik hældt indenbors..

Idag var politiet underligt nok ikke mødt op, der har sikkert været løb på Jyllandsringen og de kan jo som også nævnt andetsteds på min side, ikke være alle steder på én gang..

A picture I took while riding on a bus through Wolverhampton City centre in November 2006. This is the corner of Skinner Street at the junction with Victoria Street. Its quite common to see a little food stand on this corner as can be seen here. The Beatties extension can be seen in Skinner Street.

It's really iconic nowadays, but really when you think about it, a hotdog car is really bizarre.

Second trip in NY

Hotdogs cart, one of the most famous/beautiful/usefull/attractive thing in NY, whenever you want, take break and have a hotdog, ask for a papaya juice, no regret about it, you will come back, don't worry about your weight, you are on vacation, that's fine :) !

I got through the fifth inning, eating 15 hot dogs and feeling a little stuffed. I knew I wouldn't make it through the sixth. I ate one dog in the 6th for a total of 16. My leftovers would go untouched under my seat until the end of the game. Except for the beer.

On Friday I usually end up at the chippy for lunch so I had the opportunity to snap some hotdogs for today's group. I wouldn't eat one of these though! (Veggie hotdogs only for me.)
