The sign on the store said, "World's Best Hamburgers." I did not get around to eating a hamburger, so I can't vouch for the claim. The fast food restaurant had only the hotdog man outside. The full statue is about 5 to 6 feet tall or so. They used to have a hamburger man, but the manager told me he hasn't put it outside lately.
