One of these days I would like to go up in a hot air balloon. Until then, I'll just live vicariously through this image.
Regards vers l'intérieur, juste avant de mettre de l'air dedans et de se laisser guider par le vent.
A look at the inside, before putting air in and letting the wind carry us.

Yesterday my sister and brother-in-law went hot air ballooning. I’ll share a few photo’s now and again.
Just as I went out the back door to see this balloon flying very low over our house. I dashed upstairs just in time to catch it as it floated away in the front.
Due to chronic poor health I'm unable to take on new contacts but do my best to reply to comments. Thank you so much for your interest, comments and favours on my photostream. Also for your good wishes. I send you joy and peace.

We had never been in a hot air balloon before. Robert flies small fixed wing and gyro planes so we have spent countless hours airborne but this is by far my favorite aircraft. The balloon glides through the air so quietly and peacefully with no perceivable friction and on this windless day, not a molecule of turbulence. I wished this ride could have gone on forever but our 30 minutes was over much too soon.
This is the best glory I've seen lately, or ever. It it the shadow of the balloon in the clouds with the sun directly behind us. Check out: www.atoptics.co.uk/
