Apple horror story

Canon Eos 450 - Pentax SMC 50mm

Daughter of the Black Geisha

Because I didn't wanted to fly or drive due to my current circumstances, we decided to make a sea cruise with 2 other family members. The cruise started from Amsterdam so for us that was very easy because we live near Amsterdam.

Because everyone embarking the ship had to have tested negative gave us some confidence in the safety on board, but unfortunately we only thought about the passengers and not the crew.

Now we have traveled extensively in the past with cruise ships of our favorite company, this time we tried a different one.

The difference immediately became clear, this boat was more of a party boat with music and noise everywhere and nowhere a quiet place to retreat and if there was a quiet spot, a private party was held on that spot.

On day 6 of the cruise I got quite a cold and on day 8 I got very dizzy during dinner. On the way to my cabin to retreat for a while, I went knock out in the elevator and at one point I woke up on the floor surrounded by people who were all trying to save me apparently because it was a lot of noise. That moment I went knock out 3 more times and I was taken to the ships hospital for blood and heart tests. It turned out that I had a covid infection and I was locked up the next day in an isolation cabin in a closed part of the boat for the rest of the cruise that lasted for 5 more days. Then you're locked in a contaminated area in a cabin that was really filthy and with air filters that desperately needed replacing.

Worse, my family also tested positive, only my wife tested negative but did have corona symptoms, she had to be tested every day and was not allowed to leave her own cabin.

So we were locked up in 3 different cabins.

Counting back we must have all been infected on day 2/3 and that could only have happened by the crew in the restaurant. Those guys continuously took off their masks and telling us stories and on day 3 they suddenly disappeared which is not normal because you always keep the same people on a fixed seating.

Back in Amsterdam, about 60 people were sent out the ship through the back door at the back of the cruise terminal which normally is forbidden area for non-employees. All with a corona infection with the story that the taxis were just around the corner while the taxis standing there are not aware of what was happening. I really wonder how many laws are being broken here and whether this is with the knowledge of the Dutch government.

If you maneged to read the story all the way to here, thank you for reading

Stephen King theme shoot at NGCC. The Grady Twins were murdered by their father when he was possessed by ghosts. I've now brought them back as ghosts who haunt the woods.

My entry to BBC#71 The Witching Hour contest on BZPower. A part-ghoul, part-demon, all-evil Horror Hound. Or an excuse to put all those delicious Spring Yellowish Green parts from the Ninjago Possession sets I've been stocking up on to good use. I would have really liked to have made it Dark Blue instead of Black, but eh, no Dark Blue CCBS exists sadly :o(

I really like how the head came out on this model, and really it all stemmed from the desire to use the Skull Army armour add-on as a jaw piece, and it was more successful than I originally thought it would be.

So fear the night of All Hallow's Eve, for the Horror Hound is here to hunt you down and consume your soul...
