When I was younger, I enjoyed sitting around and blowing bubbles. I also daydream a lot. My dad encouraged it, but my mom thought it was a waste of time.

Doing the homework on the kitchen table;
Fluorescent light on ceiling, no flash;
Nikon D300 with Nikon 50mm f/1.8 at f/2.2, 1/160sec, ISO 1100, AWB, Aperture priority, EV + 0.67 to compensate for the white walls and table;
Newest room at the Walden house although it probably will get the least amount of use! A homework room for the girls!!

That's me 60 years ago looking through a magnifying glass at an aerial photo for a Aerial Photo Interpretation class I was taking at the time.
The color in the original of this photo was atrocious, having been taken with daylight film under incandescent light, but it's one of the few shots I have of me during my college days, so I hung on to it. Now, between PSE and Topaz Studio, I've been able to pretty much fix the color and clean up all the specks and splotches.
