Soda can pinhole / 3 days exposure

Sceaux / France

Me doing homework with the help of our cat. I remember this well. He was family cat but mostly stuck by me. He just showed up one day and stayed for years. This has a date on the back of 1958 so I would be twelve here.

Something that intrigues me about this picture is that I still sit on a chair like this but I didn't realize until I saw this that apparently I always have.

PS. The cat's name was Topper. Remember the TV show about the ghost?

My dress fits him better than myself in it. :'(

Wednesday is the last day of his exam week. He still has 7 exams to study for, so no fun this weekend ;)

I've been experimenting with higher ISO - this was shot at 2000!

Polaroid Now/B&W i-Type Film

That's me 60 years ago looking through a magnifying glass at an aerial photo for a Aerial Photo Interpretation class I was taking at the time.

The color in the original of this photo was atrocious, having been taken with daylight film under incandescent light, but it's one of the few shots I have of me during my college days, so I hung on to it. Now, between PSE and Topaz Studio, I've been able to pretty much fix the color and clean up all the specks and splotches.

I wanted to practice animating so I did a study of dance- like moves. In particular, the movements were mainly inspired by ice skating. I wasn't able to animate the hands yet but they will soon be added on for the final portfolio ;)
