I usually stop in here 1 to 2 times a week & pick up mine & the wifes supper. Thursday is meatloaf night. Wife always gets country style steak. I have a flickr contact in Tenn. Beerbrain, who ate here & took one of the finest photo's inside the place I've seen.

In the U.S. south, dinner is considered the big meal of the day. Sunday dinner always referred to the noon meal. The evening meal is supper. Today’s meal was leftovers from yesterday. I used to hate leftovers until I became the cook. Now I think they are essential! ODC: dinner

Vail Ranch Plaza has Sprouts (former Henry's), Pet's Mart and Sports Authority, now S.A. will be liquidating and leaving an empty shell behind.
Also in the plaza is Temecula's remaining KFC/Long John Silver's, a Jimmy John's, Golden Spoons and Corner Store Bakery, the JJ's and Golden Spoons photo came out bad so I will someday have to retake it. 😕
Long John Silver's/KFC slogan and decor, this and Murrieta's are the area's remaining KFC restaurants as Wildomar closed and Temecula's other 2 KFCs are long gone.
As I said, I am sorry am not as active as I was but I have been busy (plus I am still figuring out this new phone) but I will try and be more active, also Panera is already being built as is Lake Elsinore's Golden Corral, Murrieta's one is still coming but its taking its time, only the grading plans are approved but the site which is still fenced in has now 2 port-o-potties!!!

I recently attended the Seattle Bungalow Fair. Someone had an identical desk for sale. I noticed that the other desk had hammered hardware, so I'm assuming the hardware on this one has been replaced.
DESCRIPTION
Turn leftover chicken into a tasty dinner in a family-pleasing casserole featuring Grands!® biscuits.
INGREDIENTS
1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives, drained, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1.CUT each biscuit into 8 pieces; toss with salsa to coat.
2.SPREAD in sprayed 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish; sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
3.BAKE at 375°F 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center biscuit pieces are no longer doughy. Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
