These are my latest shots of this magnificent young Clydesdale. He is almost three years old (born 6 May, 2018). Here, he is playing in the school. My friends were teaching him various routines and techniques, calmly, gently, both with gestures and verbally.
He loves being in the school! And he is very clever! He knows he will be the centre of attention and is very keen to learn.
He is enormous, now! He is around 16/17 hands - at the withers. His full height, from hoof to ear, is probably about seven to seven and a half feet.
He is still very gregarious and cuddly and is happy to hang around with his humans.
It was wonderful watching this special time of learning and play.

I was rolling home from the Island Heligoland to Bremen when I saw this breathtaking sunset.
All of us want to go back in time when home was your whole family. For those that traveled distances to get home, we always had markers along the way that we knew exactly how long it would be for us to get there and see our parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles. For me it was the corner just down from the house I grew up in. Was always excited to be in that one spot for I knew in less than 5 minutes I would be knocking on the door. The good ol' days. Merry Christmas everyone.

Finally home! not that my summer so far has been boring (the last 2 months involved quite a bit of traveling), however there is no place like home. I took this one at the port of Aigina island in Greece, and I will say that it was a very challenging shot. I had with me only my small tripod, so I was pretty much layed on the ground and my camera wouldn't focus so I had to switch it to manual focus and tried to do it via the screen and not through the viewfinder. It was a lovely night, the blue hour more specifically, and the waterfront promenade at Aigina's port was quite busy. After the last ferry of the day departs from the island, they shut down the main street to pedestrians only so it's really nice for families to walk without being worried about traffic.

In my part of New Jersey, you can drive across the state in an hour, from city to shore, and this is what you might find in the middle......not so congested after all.

So I have this cute little house rental on the water.
I setup the inside of the home exactly as I wanted it but the landscaping was a mess. Gree grass terrain, with weeds, that I'm not allowed to change. it just didn't fit especially since my place is directly on the water. I am no landscaper so my attempts were feeble.
In steps my best friend Lexi Morgan Grayson . In less than an hour I'm living on a paradise beach. Complete with a flamingo, sea gulls, palm trees an outdoor fireplace and.. sand yes sand not a grass and weeds.
Now... I'm home.

This house sits alone at the end of a quiet, historic street in Madison. While all of the other houses are maintained and decorated, this one seems to fall further into a state of decay. Vines cover the walls in the summer months. More recently half of the front porch has disappeared. What is its story? Who lived here? I'm not sure but I bet the walls could tell many stories if they could talk!
