Monash University Clinical Teaching is organised so that medical students attend one of the Southern Clinical School (Monash Medical Centre, Clayton & Moorabbin, Dandenong Hospital or Frankston Hospital), the Central & Eastern Clinical School (Alfred, Box Hill, Cabrini or Maroondah) or the Rural Clinical School (Bendigo, Mildura, Traralgon, Bairnesdale or Sale). Integrated medical and surgical teaching is provided in Year 3 of the new curriculum.

How might we "fix" the problems in our higher education system? Should we forgive student debt? Do we make college free? What about vocational schools? How do we prepare future generations for future workforce challenges? These and other questions were discussed at this event, hosted by the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, in partnership with Penn State Abington.
Dr. Jon North, vice president for university advancement, announced Bright Futures: the campaign for MNU. Over the next several years, the university will seek to raise money for a variety of projects including the new Cunningham Student Center, a new stadium and track, and new programs for student success.
Dr. Jim Diehl, spoke about the things he learned at MNU as an administrator in the 1970s and as interim president in 2011.
