The tubes are painted in 4 different colors. Blue, white, red and black. These are the colors of the room. First paint your base color and then - using a plastic bag, you dab the plastic into the paint and dab the paint on the tube to create a neutral color blend. The colors chosen are the colors used in the room.

This is the first truck I've ever had with a tonneau cover, so it's going to take some getting used to. But I like the idea of being able to secure items in the bed. It will cut down on the height of items I can haul - but that's a minor concern. Even though the truck was bought through San Marcos Chrysler/Dodge, I plan to leave the "Dallas Dodge" lettering on the tailgate. I don't want to risk damaging the paint trying to get it off. The backup camera is mounted in the tailgate pull handle housing and is hardly noticeable.
