The story of a single sunset at Higger Tor on Wednesday 16 March. It was a wonderful experience

Taken from the road, with an increasing amount of cloud in the afternoon, i was begining to wonder if the sun would come out again at all.

Had a very quick trip out on Sunday morning to Higger Tor.

Was rewarded with a fine sunrise with a moody sky above. This is the view over looking Carl Wark (the small hill just below the horizon on the left), an ancient hill fort.
