Idyllic and well-preserved castle in the Nette-Valley near Mayen/ Eifel.
Die Herausforderung war, die Gesamtanlage nebst Garten im Vordergrund mittels Stativ zu gestalten, ohne dass die fast 2m dicke Hainbuchen-Hecke links unten ins Bild ragte. Der Garten selbst ist geschlossen.
The challenge was to make the entire system with gardens in the foreground with the tripod, without the almost 2 meter thick hornbeam hedge reaching into the picture on the bottom left . The garden itself is closed.

Das Polarlicht (wissenschaftlich Aurora borealis als Nordlicht auf der Nordhalbkugel und Aurora australis als Südlicht auf der Südhalbkugel) ist eine Leuchterscheinung durch angeregte Stickstoff- und Sauerstoffatome der Hochatmosphäre, also ein Elektrometeor. Polarlichter sind meistens in etwa 3 bis 6 Breitengrade umfassenden Bändern in der Nähe der Magnetpole zu sehen. Hervorgerufen werden sie durch energiereiche geladene Teilchen, die mit dem Erdmagnetfeld wechselwirken. Dadurch, dass jene Teilchen in den Polarregionen auf die Erdatmosphäre treffen entsteht das Leuchten am Himmel.
Wenn Polarlichter gesehen werden, kann man sich wenn man will, auf dem Schiff auch mitten in der Nacht wecken lassen. Die Herausforderung ist dann das fotografieren. Langzeitbelichtung auf einem sich bewegenden Schiff, mit laufenden Motoren die Vibrationen verursachen.
The aurora borealis (scientifically aurora borealis as northern lights in the northern hemisphere and aurora australis as southern lights in the southern hemisphere) is a luminous phenomenon caused by excited nitrogen and oxygen atoms of the high atmosphere, i.e. an electrometeor. Auroras are mostly seen in bands of about 3 to 6 degrees of latitude near the magnetic poles. They are caused by energetic charged particles interacting with the Earth's magnetic field. The glow in the sky is caused by these particles hitting the earth's atmosphere in the polar regions.
If auroras are seen, you can be woken up in the middle of the night on the ship if you want. The challenge is then to take pictures. Long exposure on a moving ship, with running engines causing vibrations.

Fiddling with fire has always been a special pleasure for me (probably for every man). I especially liked the smell of burning wood, bushes or, for example, paper. In this respect, today's topic was not a particular challenge and I had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I only thought about the safety precautions when the paper strip was already burning.

Mit Feuer zu hantieren, war immer schon ein besonderes Vergnügen für mich (vermutlich für jeden Mann). Vor allem der Geruch von brennendem Holz, Sträuchern oder zum Beispiel Papier hat es mir angetan. Insofern war das heutige Thema keine besondere Herausforderung und hat mir sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Über die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen habe ich mir leider erst Gedanken gemacht, als der Papierstreifen schon lichterloh brannte.
Vielen Dank für eure netten Kommentare und die zahlreichen Sternchen, über die ich mich sehr freue.
Perfekte Blumenfotos gibt es einige, aber nicht von mir! Leider! Deswegen habe ich mir jetzt der Herausforderung gestellt, ein Blumenfoto abzulichten, das mir wirklich ohne Wenn und Aber gefällt. Dies ist mein zweites Blumenfoto mit Steigerungspotenzial. Ich werde weiter üben.

There are some perfect flower photos, but not from me! Unfortunately! That's why I have now set myself the challenge of taking a flower photo that I really like without any ifs and buts. This is my second flower photo with potential for improvement. I will continue to practise.
The photo was taken at sunrise with the flash unleashed.
This photo of a beautiful sunset is also one of my favorites from my Tuscany tour.
What the picture doesn't show (fortunately) is how popular this spot is. It was the busiest vantage point I've experienced here.
While I was waiting here for the right moment, at least 30 people were walking around in the immediate vicinity. So it wasn't nearly as relaxed as it looks in the photo, but luckily you can't see that.
Above all, the people were not only behind me, but also in front of me, in the middle of the picture and taking selfies. So it was a bit of a challenge to photograph an unobstructed view. Also, someone cleverly parked their car on the curve in the middle of the frame, which I took the liberty of digitally removing.
However, I can understand why this spot is so popular. This seemingly endless cypress avenue is a great sight for sure.
Dies Foto von enem wundervollen Sonnenuntergang ist ebenfalls einer meiner Favoriten von meiner Toskana Tour.
Was das Bild nicht zeigt (zum Glück) ist, wie beliebt dieser Spot ist. Es war der belebteste Aussichtspunkt, den ich hier erlebt habe.
Während ich hier auf den richtigen Moment gewartet habe, waren mindestens 30 Leute in unmittelbarer Umgebung unterwegs. Es war also bei Weitem nicht so entspannt, wie es auf dem Foto wirkt, doch das sieht man zum Glück nicht.
Vor allem waren die Leute nicht nur hinter mir, sondern auch vor mir, mitten im Bild und haben Selfies gemacht. Es war also eine kleine Herausforderung eine freie Sicht zu fotografieren. Außerdem hatte jemand clevere Weise sein Auto in der Kurve mitten im Bild geparkt, was ich mir erlaubt habe digital zu entfernen.
Ich kann jedoch durchaus verstehen, warum dieser Spot so beliebt ist. Diese gefühlt unendliche Zypressen Allee ist schon ein coller Anblick.

Such a dull day as today is the right moment to bring some colours in the game. Thats why I show You again a picture from my rape-field-period. In this case You see a much wider look and mt. Lilienstein (right side) what used to be so present suddenly became just one of many mountains. For me as a photographer its by the way on of the larger challenges to decide when I do visit which of so many fantastic locations, in such a fascinating landscape. I'm willing to own, I already had much worse problems.
So ein trüber Tag wie heute ist genau der richtige Moment um nochmal etwas Farbe ins Spiel zu bringen. Deshalb hier noch einmal ein Bild aus meiner Raps Feld Periode. In diesem Fall ist es ein etwas weiterer Blick und der Lilienstein (auf der rechten Seite) der auf anderen Fotos so präsent war, wird plötzlich einer von vielen Bergen. Für mich als Fotografen ist übrigens eine der größeren Herausforderung, bei so vielen grandiosen Orten in dieser faszinierenden Landschaft zu entscheiden, wann ich wo hin gehe. Ich gebe zu, ich hatte schon schlimmere Probleme.

I have seen pictures on this topic many times, but have never thought about how they were photographed. So it was a real challenge, but also a lot of fun.

Bilder zu diesem Thema habe ich schon häufig gesehen, mir aber nie Gedanken darüber gemacht, wie sie fotografiert wurden. Insofern war es eine echte Herausforderung, die aber auch viel Spaß machte.

A narrow road, mostly an unpaved dirt road winds its way along Bali’s rugged east coast around the volcano Mt, Seraya. Back in time strangers were very rarely to be found there and the locals often looked with suspicion when someone like me went there. For my chauffeur, the jeep ride was also a real challenge! Sometimes he would stop and ask, where is the road? It was sometimes so steep that you couldn't see where it was leading in the curves. But the breathtaking view we could enjoy was worth all the trouble.
Hidden in the haze on the horizon we saw the neighboring island of Lombok, which is separated from Bali and the Asian tectonic plate by the deep Lonbok Trench. Lombok is on the Australian Plate and is very different from Bali in terms of flora and fauna. Here the sea is very deep and there are dangerous whirlpools and currents. The so-called Ring of Fire of the South Pacific is here with its numerous volcanoes.

Eine schmale Straße, größtenteils ein unbefestigter Feldweg, schlängelt sich entlang der zerklüfteten Ostküste Balis um den Vulkan Mt. Serayag herum. Früher waren Fremde dort sehr selten anzutreffen und die Einheimischen sahen oft misstrauisch zu, wenn jemand wie ich dorthin ging. Auch für meinen Chauffeur war die Jeepfahrt eine echte Herausforderung! Manchmal hielt er an und fragte: Wo ist die Straße? Es war teilweise so steil, dass man in den Kurven nicht sah, wohin es führte. Aber die atemberaubende Aussicht, die wir genießen konnten, war alle Mühe wert.
Versteckt im Dunst am Horizont sahen wir die Nachbarinsel Lombok, die durch den tiefen Lonbok-Graben von Bali und der asiatischen Kontinentalplatte getrennt ist. Lombok liegt auf der Australischen Platte und unterscheidet sich in Bezug auf Flora und Fauna stark von Bali. Hier ist das Meer sehr tief und es gibt gefährliche Strudel und Strömungen. Hier befindet sich der sogenannte Feuerring des Südpazifiks mit dessen zahlreichen Vulkanen.

If you are traveling in Tuscany, especially here in Val D'orcia, you will quickly see what your biggest problem is. It's to decide what you don't want to photograph.
So far we've focused on a few particularly spectacular locations at particular times of the day (sunrise and sunset) where it's hard to avoid the results being extraordinarily beautiful.
But when you're on your way to such places and just want to get from A to B, you're driving through a landscape that really keeps calling out to you: "Stop !! Take pictures !!!"
Then it's the middle of the day and you come across a view like this, for example.
You just can't get ahead because you keep stopping, walking back and HAD to take a picture.
I chose two of these "snapshots" for today and tomorrow (which was the next challenge) to make this clear to you.
Oh yes ... sometimes it's not easy :-)
Wenn Ihr in der Toskana unterwegs seid, vor allem hier im Val D'orcia werdet Ihr sehr schnell erkennen, was Euer größtes Problem ist. Es ist die Entscheidung was Ihr nicht fotografieren wollt.
Bisher haben wir uns auf wenige besonders spektakuläre Orte zu besonderen Tageszeiten (Sonnenaufgang und-untergang) konzentriert, wo es kaum zu verhindern ist, dass die Ergebnisse außergewöhnlich schön sind.
Doch wenn Ihr dann unterwegs zu solchen Orten seid und einfach nur von A nach B wollt, dann fahrt Ihr durch eine Landschaft die Euch wirklich ununterbrochen zuruft: " Anhalten !! Fotografieren !!!"
Dann ist es mitten am Tag und Ihr kommt zum Beispiel an so einem Ausblick vorbei.
Da kommt man einfach nicht voran, weil man ständig anhält, zurückläuft und ein Foto machen MUSS.
Zwei von diesen "Schnappschüssen" habe ich für Heute und für Morgen ausgesucht (was gleich die nächste Herausforderung war) um Euch dies zu verdeutlichen.
Ach ja ... man hat's schon manchmal nicht leicht :-)

Auf einer Radtour durch die Zonser Heide und durch das Grind habe ich es gesehen, das Rapsfeld und das Pferd.
Die Herausforderung bestand darin, wie bekomme ich das Pferd auf das Rapsfeld? Im Homeoffice war das kein Problem.
On a bike tour through the Zonser Heide and through the Grind I saw it, the rapeseed field and the horse.
The challenge was how do I get the horse into the rapeseed field? That wasn't a problem in the home office.
Mitunter zeigt sich der Abendhimmel bei Sonnenuntergang von seiner schönsten Seite. An diesem Abend waren die Wolken in Horizonthöhe in ein rosarotesLicht getaucht. Solche Beleuchtungsverhältnisse sind immer eine Herausforderung für den Fotograf. Nicht nur die Aufnahme muss stimmen, sondern auch die nachfolgende Bildentwicklung. Für diese Aufnahme habe ich eine Belichtungsreihe von 7 Bildern gemacht und mittels HDR-Entwicklung und einer nachfolgenden Hauptentwicklung das Ergebnisbild erhalten. Ich wünsche allen Fotofreunden ein schönes Wochenende und wie sagt man ... gut Licht.
Occasionally, the evening sky at sunset shows its best side. That evening the clouds were bathed in a pink-red light at horizon-height. Such lighting conditions are always a challenge for the photographer. Not only the recording must be correct, but also the subsequent image development. For this recording, I took an exposure series of 7 images and obtained the result image by means of HDR development and a subsequent main development. I wish all photographers a nice weekend and how do you say ... good light.
An einem Bachlauf in einem Naturschutzgebiet konnte ich eine kleine Zaunkönigfamilie beobachten. Die Mutter war emsig damit beschäftigt, Ihre Kleinen mit Nahrung zu versorgen. Ab und an kamen die scheuen Jungvögel aus der Nisthöhle heraus, um Flugübungen zu machen. Der Zaunkönig gehört zu den kleinsten Vögeln Europas. Ihn zu fotografieren hat Spaß gemacht, war aber auch eine kleine Herausforderung. ;-)
I was able to observe a small family of wrens at a creek in a nature reserve. The mother was busy feeding the little ones. From time to time the shy young birds came out of the nest box to do flight exercises. The wren is one of the smallest birds in Europe. Photographing him was fun, but also a bit of a challenge. ;-)
I made this shot from my terrace. When I was here outside for a cigarette, I saw the moon wandering though the trees. Spontaniously I felt the urgent need to capture this.
To make a halfway sharp image of the moon and the branches (what is quite a challange in the darkness by the way), I had to make two photos I did stitch together.
Dieses Foto habe ich von meiner Terasse aus aufgenommen. Als ich eines Nachts hier eine rauchen war, sah ich den Mond, wie er durch die Bäume wanderte. Da hatte ich spomtan das dringende Bedürfnis, dies festzuhalten.
Um sowohl den Mond, als auch die Äste halbwegs scharf darzustellen (was im Übrigen im Dunkeln eine ziemliche Herausforderung ist), waren zwei Fotos nötig, die ich dann zusammengefügt habe.

Our picture of many things is been defined by our focus when we are approaching to it. This is an invitation to expand this awareness. Usually we concentrate on the reflected light, when we look at a flower. When we focus on the not reflected light but instead on the light streaming through the blossom, we are entering a new world. Suddenly different details are coming to the foreground. The effects of such a change of the point of view are much more dramatic, when we leave the field of optics. An unresolvable Problem becomes solvable when we treat it as a challenge and our understanding of qualities and behaviours of others is rising when we first try to recognize the good purpose this person had in mind before we admit to deliver a verdict. These are only two examples of an uncountable amount of opportunities we are gaining but nothing is happening by itself. We need to want it and we need to do it.
Unser Bild von vielen Dingen wird davon bestimmt, mit welchem Fokus wir uns ihnen annähern. Dies ist eine Einladung diese Wahrnehmung zu erweitern. So konzentrieren wir uns beim Anblick von Blumen meist auf das Licht, welches sie Reflektieren. Fokussieren wir und stattdessen einmal auf den Teil des Lichtes, der nicht reflektiert wird sondern durch die Blüte hindurch strömt betreten wir eine neue Welt. Plötzlich treten ganz andere Details in den Vordergrund. Die Auswirkungen solch einer Veränderung der Blickrichtung sind noch weit drastischer, wenn wir den Bereich der Optik verlassen. Ein unlösbares Problem wird plötzlich lösbar, wenn wir es als Herausforderung betrachten und unser Verständnis für Eigenschaften und Verhaltensweisen anderer wächst drastisch an, wenn wir erst einmal versuchen zu erkennen welche guten Absichten diese Person im Sinn hatte, bevor wir uns ein Urteil erlauben. Dies sind nur zwei Beispiele von unzähligen Möglichkeiten die wir dadurch gewinnen, doch passiert nichts davon von allein. Wir müssen es wollen und wir müssen es tun.
Der vom Architekten Alexander Freiherr von Branca entworfene U-Bahnhof Theresienwiese trägt im Namen schon den Ort seiner alljährlich wiederkehrenden größten Herausforderung: Die Theresienwiese, auf der alljährlich das Münchner Oktoberfest stattfindet. Ganz in schwarz und gelb - den Münchner Farben - gehalten, erinnert seine Gestaltung an einen Bräukeller oder ein Bierzelt und knüpft damit direkt an den darüberliegenden Ort und dessen alljährlichen Veranstaltungshöhepunkt an.
Designed by architect Alexander Freiherr von Branca, the Theresienwiese underground station already bears in its name the site of its annual biggest challenge: the Theresienwiese, where the Munich Oktoberfest takes place every year. Held entirely in black and yellow – the Munich colours – its design is reminiscent of a brewery cellar or beer tent and is thus directly linked to the place above and its annual event highlight.

Smile on Saturday: BOKEH IN MONOTONE
Dieses Thema war schwierig für mich, da ich nur wenige Bilder mit Bokeh habe und sowieso keine monontonen.
Aber diese Herausforderung machte auch wieder den Reiz für mich aus. Ich drehte am Farbhahn und fand die unterschiedlichen Ergebnisse spannend, die Wahl für eine Farbe hingegen schwierig. Ich entschied mich für ein grünes Foto um mich nicht zu sehr von der Natur abzudriften ...
This theme was difficult for me, as I only have a few pictures with bokeh and no monontones anyway.
But this challenge was also the attraction for me. I turned on the colour tap and found the different results exciting, but the choice for one colour difficult. I decided for a green photo in order not to drift too much from nature ...
Its challenging to walk through such a beautiful landscape like the elbe sandstone mountains, were behind every corner a fascinating view is waiting and keep the eye to the smaler details. But its worth it. Like here, where after the rain on the rocks a small waterfall is been formed.
Es ist eine Herausforderung durch eine so schöne Landschaft wie das Elbsandsteingebirge zu wandern, wo hinter jeder Biegung des Weges ein faszinierender Anblick wartet und trotzdem den Blick für die kleinen Details zu erhalten. Doch es lohnt sich. So wie hier, wo sich nach dem Regen auf den Felsen ein kleiner Wasserfall gebildet hat.
The biggest challenge was to place the cube on the (rounded) top. This worked only with the help of some liquid glue and after several attempts.

Die größte Herausforderung war es, den Würfel auf die (abgerundete) Spitze zu stellen. Das klappte erst unter Zuhilfenahme von etwas Flüssigkleber und nach mehreren Versuchen.

Where the sun rises, it must also set again. This rule also applies here in Tuscany. And of course I tried to capture these moments here as well.
For this sunset I only had to walk a few hundred meters, I had this great view directly from my pitch, an organic farm, which also provides a few pitches for mobile homes.
The business is called Il Casala and offers a restaurant as well as a farm shop. For both, only products that are also produced here are offered. (no paid advertising!, still highly recommended).
From a photographer's point of view, there was only one difficulty. Tall trees grow around the plateau on which the farm is located, restricting or even completely blocking the view. So the composition of the photo was quite a bit of a challenge.
Wo die Sonne aufgeht, da muss sie auch wieder unter gehen. Diese Regel gilt auch hier in der Toskana. Und natürlich habe ich auch hier versucht, diese Momente festzuhalten.
Für diesen Sonnenuntergang musste ich lediglich ein paar hundert Meter laufen, den diesen tollen Ausblick hatte ich direkt von meinem Stellplatz aus, einem Bio Agrarbetrieb, der nebenbei auch ein paar Stellplätze für Wohnmobile zur Verfügung stellt.
Der Betrieb heisst Il Casala und bietet neben einem Restaurant auch einen Hofladen an. Für beide werden nur Produkte angeboten, die hier auch selbst produziert werden. (keine bezahlte Werbung !, trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen).
Aus Sicht eines Fotografen gab es nur eine Schwierigkeit. Rund um das Plateau, auf dem sich der Hof befindet, wachsen hohe Bäume, die die Sicht einschränken oder sogar ganz versperren. Darum war die Komposition des Fotos durchaus eine kleine Herausforderung.

Es ist wirklich ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie eine hübsche Pflanze zur ökologischen Herausforderung werden kann. Es wächst schneller als viele heimische Arten. Verdrängt somit alles. Hier am Sickergraben Inndamm Kilometer weit in Rot gefärbt. In der Mitte Hintergrund, der Turm vom Stift Reichersberg, Oberösterreich.
The Himalayan balsam (Impatiens glandulifera) is truly a prime example of how a pretty plant can become an ecological challenge. It grows faster than many native species, thus crowding out everything else. Here, it's tinged with red for miles along the Inn dam. In the background, in the center, is the tower of Reichersberg Abbey, Upper Austria.
Eine Ansicht zur Zeit ist nur durch ein Bild von Oben möglich. Der schöne Herbstwald ringsum, sowie abgesperrte Bauzäune, verhindern leider jegliche Sicht für die Öffentlichkeit, schon seit Jahren auf dieses schöne Schloß.
Schloss Haidenburg ist eine der ältesten Anlagen in der Gegend. Die Zeiten hindurch war der heutige Standort des Schlosses ein strategischer Punkt in der Gegend. Das Schloss erhebt sich über dem Sulzbachtal und ist vom Haidenburger Wald umsäumt.
Haidenburg soll von einem Vasallen des Bischoffs Patrick zu Regensburg gegründet worden sein. Gesichert belegt ist ein Zeuge namens Adalbert von Haidenburg um das Jahr 1190. Die ersten geschichtlich gesicherten Besitzer waren die Grafen von Hals, auf die die Leuchtenberger folgten.
Im Jahr 1972 schließlich erwarb Herr Josef Stampfl das Schloss und begann schon damals mit umfangreichen Renovierungsarbeiten. Das Schicksal dieses Hauses obliegt heute den Händen der Nachkommen Familie Herrmann. Die heutigen Besitzer versuchen dem Schloss neues Leben einzuhauchen und es nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen zu erhalten. Dies ist heute und in Zukunft eine große Herausforderung.

A view at the moment is only possible through a picture from above. The beautiful autumn forest all around, as well as cordoned off site fences, unfortunately prevent the public from seeing this beautiful castle for years.
Haidenburg Castle is one of the oldest complexes in the area. Throughout the ages, the current location of the castle has been a strategic point in the area. The castle rises above the Sulzbachtal and is surrounded by the Haidenburg Forest.
Haidenburg is said to have been founded by a vassal of Bishop Patrick of Regensburg. A witness named Adalbert von Haidenburg around the year 1190 is definitely documented. The first historically confirmed owners were the Counts of Hals, who were followed by the Leuchtenbergs.
In 1972, Mr. Josef Stampfl finally acquired the castle and started extensive renovation work even then. The fate of this house is now in the hands of the descendants of the Herrmann family. The current owners try to breathe new life into the castle and to preserve it to the best of their knowledge and belief. This is a major challenge today and in the future.

Oh, war das schwierig. So eine Herausforderung. Ich hoffe, es ist mir geglückt.
This little pine trees, on top of the cliff, does not only have a great view. On some mornings the fog is passing by when it is arising from down in the valleys of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. That way it can not only provide itself with the needed water, what must be really a challenge up there on that rock. It even has a connection to its family members down in the valley. Because many of the droplets arriving up here already has drifted a while trough the branches of that woodlands or where even born there.
Diese kleine Kiefer an der Klippe hat nicht nur einen grandiosen Ausblick. An ihr zieht auch an manchem Morgen der Nebel vorbei, wenn er sich aus den Tälern des Elbsandsteingebirges erhebt. So kann Sie sich nicht nur mit dem nötigen Wasser versorgen, was da oben auf dem Felsen wahrscheinlich eine echte Herausforderung darstellt. Sie hat sogar eine Verbindung zu ihren Familienangehörigen unten im Tal. Denn viele der Tröpfchen, die hier oben ankommt, sind vorher bereits eine Weile durch die Zweige dieser Wälder gewandert oder wurden vielleicht sogar dort unten geboren.

Today I'll stay one more day in the world of the very little ones. I recently found these two tiny baby snails on my freshly harvested lettuce. The larger of the two is less than 1 cm long. Actually, I wanted to add a cent on the leaf to better demonstrate the size, but then decided against it. The scene should appear as natural as possible.
The photo session with the two comrades turned out to be not so easy as the two were constantly on the move. Snails are slow if you look at them from a distance. When you try to focus on those tiny eyes up close (30 cm away), it looks completely different. And since I had to get very close, the shallow depth of field was the biggest challenge despite the flash and aperture 18. And then the picture should tell some kind of a story in any way.
So it happened that I only liked three of the 40 photos in the end. This is my favourite.
Ich bleibe heute nochmal einen Tag in der Welt der ganz kleinen. Diese zwei winzigen Baby Schnecken habe ich kürzlich auf meinem frisch geernteten Salat gefunden. Die größere der beiden ist weniger als 1 cm lang. Eigentlich wollte ich noch einen Cent mit auf das Blatt legen, um die Größe besser zu demonstrieren, habe mich dann aber dagegen entschieden. Die Szene sollte so natürlich wie möglich wirken.
Die Fotosession mit den beiden Kameraden erwies sich als gar nicht so einfach da die zwei ununterbrochen in Bewegung waren. Schnecken sind zwar langsam wenn man sie aus der Distanz betrachtet. Wenn du aus nächster Nähe (30 cm Entfernung) versuchst auf diese winzigen Augen zu fokussieren, sieht das völlig anders aus. Und da ich schon sehr nah ran musste war die geringe Tiefenschärfe trotz Blitz und Blende 18 die größte Herausforderung. Und dann sollte das Bild ja auch noch irgendwie eine Geschichte erzählen.
So kam es dann, dass mir von 40 Fotos am Ende nur drei gefallen haben. Das hier ist mein Favorit.

Diese Küste auf Teneriffa ist mit den speziell geformten Lavazungen etwas ganz besonderes. Beim genauen hinsehen ergeben sich immer wieder wie künstlerische Muster. Zusammen mit dem Moos und den immer wiederkommenden Wellen eine Augenweide. Eine Herausforderung war, trocken zu bleiben ;-) denn das Meer war sehr wild und die Wellen unberechenbar.

This coast in Tenerife is very special with the specially formed lava flows. When looking closely, they are always like artistic patterns. Together with the moss and the ever-recurring waves awe-eyed. A challenge was to stay dry ;-) because the sea was very wild and the waves unpredictable.

Well - the classical one - it is almost a MUST to visit Delicate Arch in Arches National Park...we had beautiful light this evening and when the crowd left we had the chance (or at least tried) to take photographs from the rising full moon...what was more than a challenge because of the upcoming wind after the sun disappeared...similar to Dead Horse Point...I was hanging behind a rock at my tripod...
I have stitched 2 high res 16mm photographs for this panorama...
Nun - ein Klassiker - es ist fast schon ein MUSS im Arches Nationalpark den Delicate Arch zu besichtigen...wir hatten sehr schönes Licht und als die Menschenmasse weg war, hatten wir noch die Chance (zumindest den Versuch), den Vollmond aufgehen zu sehen...was leider mehr als eine Herausforderung war, wegen dem heftig einsetzenden Wind nach Sonnenuntergang...wie am nächsten Tag im Dead Horse Poing Nationalpark, hing ich hinter einem Felsen an meinem Stativ...
Ich habe 2 hochauflösenden 16mm Fotos für dieses Panorama zusammengesetzt...
