La Catedral luterana de Helsinki es una catedral de culto evangélico localizada en el centro de la ciudad de Helsinki, Finlandia. La iglesia fue construida como tributo al Gran Duque Nicolas I, zar de Rusia; hasta la independencia de Finlandia en 1917, se llamó Iglesia de San Nicólas. No debe confundirse con la Catedral ortodoxa Uspenski, situada muy cerca.

The church was originally built from 1830-1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Tsar Nicholas I of Russia.
It was also known as St Nicholas' Church until the independence of Finland in 1917
It is a major landmark of the city.

Die Temppeliaukio-Kirche (finn. Temppeliaukion kirkko, schw. Tempelplatsens kyrka) östlich des Friedhofs Hietaniemi ist eine moderne Felsenkirche im Stadtteil Etu-Töölö der finnischen Hauptstadt Helsinki, etwa einen Kilometer westlich vom Hauptbahnhof. Sie gilt als herausragendes Beispiel für die finnische Architektur der 1960er Jahre, und ist dem späten Expressionismus zuzuordnen.
Die Kirche wurde von den Architekten (und Gebrüdern) Timo und Tuomo Suomalainen geplant und 1969 fertiggestellt. Sie wurde in einen Granitfels hineingebaut, durch das Kupferdach mit 180 Fenstern kommt jedoch Tageslicht herein. Die fünf bis acht Meter hohen Kirchenwände bestehen aus unbehauenem Fels. Die Kirche hat bis zur Kuppelspitze eine Höhe von 13 m.
Die Orgel wurde 1975 von Veikko Virtanen gebaut. Sie hat 43 Register auf vier Manualen und Pedal.
Neben der Verwendung für Gottesdienste der evangelischen Kirchengemeinde von Taivallahti (Taivallahden seurakunta) wird die Kirche regelmäßig für Konzerte genutzt und ist eine Touristenattraktion (rund 500.000 Besucher jährlich).
