GiGi McGraph works at the helpdesk on Saturdays and is also our Bookkeeper. She has been a regular on the Helpteam desk for many years stepped up in 2010. GiGi is very knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty helping customers.
Those ladies are singing the girl at the helpdesk a welcome song because its her first day. It was a little weird...
