Bought a package of instant microwavable Hello Kitty cake from the Japanese grocery store. This is strawberry flavor. Just mix the package with 400 mL of milk. Pour into the mold it came with and microwave for 3 minutes on high.
A couple of koi for my grandmother's 86's birthday. Lucky sayings surround the fish.
Can't decide which view I like the best, so I put them all up.
I loved this cake. Made for an old High School friend. Her daughter was turning one. She gave me free reign. All she wanted was hello kitty and hearts. I love girly cakes.

This was supposed to be a 2 tier cake.. and then the mother called JUST before I was about to add the flour to say better to make it smaller.! I chickened out of making the Hello Kitty figure.. and bought this very cute one instead!! Cake is all white choc mudcake, filled with ganache and covered with BC under the fondant! Cake is 10" and about 14cn high.
Deliciously moist chocolate cupcakes wrapped up in cuteness! I just made these Hello Kitty cups for my friend Marty. He wanted to give his girlfriend a "just because I care" gift. What a sweet guy!
