These were made with this recipe for vanilla honey buttercream frosting and chocolate, fudge, mocha batter....yummy!
This was supposed to be a 2 tier cake.. and then the mother called JUST before I was about to add the flour to say better to make it smaller.! I chickened out of making the Hello Kitty figure.. and bought this very cute one instead!! Cake is all white choc mudcake, filled with ganache and covered with BC under the fondant! Cake is 10" and about 14cn high.
one of my co-workers gave me this bobble head. his wife is a designer for sanrio. funny thing is, i actually went to the hello kitty boardfest in huntington beach last year.
