The church called Panagia Poulati was built in 1871 and every year's celebration day takes place at the 15th of August. Visitors usually admire the imposing steeples which are an example of the wonderful old cycladic architecture. You will also admire the beautiful fence, paved with flagstones, leading to the halls, the tombs and the cells.
The rented from OSE locomotive BDZ 06 121.8 with freight train 80711, meets an OSE-HELLENIC RAILWAY ORGANISATION, FIAT ΑΑ 26.19 on 26-9-1989, at Αgras station - Hellas.
In the background on the left can be seen the newly AEG / LEW-DEIC2000N-OSE 609/610, as test train 8730/8731.
Hellas Liberty is the name of the ship !!
One of the last remained "Liberty" ships left in the world, has been granted from the American government to the Greek one for the creation of a Museum of Nautical Tradition.
The below shot is taken 31 months ago !
In my today's shot the old ship has been repaired from the rust, painted e.t.c. but is still not ready for the public!
