Of the 2 other eggs - 1 was starting to hatch, with a hole about 1/8 or 1/4 inch wide, the other was a very lightly colored egg that may not be viable. I'll personally know in a few weeks how many chicks made it at this particular nest.
At this site this nest is usually the first to hatch, and this year it hatched about ~10 days later than in the last few years.
6/13/2015 update - 2 chicks survived. It's unclear if the 3rd egg hatched at all, but two big chicks survived the ~43 days to this Saturday.
