I got a chest HR monitor because they’re supposed to be more accurate than wrist fitness bands. But the @polarglobal and @nikerunning apps don’t agree at all when I run them at the same time even though they’re both supposedly pulling data from the chest monitor. How the heck am I supposed to track my HR when I have no idea what numbers are real? 😐 I mean I’m 100% sure the NRC numbers are too low so they’re def wrong but I just don’t understand why they don’t match to begin with. fermentedfoodguy: I carb loaded the day before, during and the day after. Otherwise I am keeping it pretty low. 75g-100g a day. That is more than the definition of keto allows, but it is designed around a sedentary lifestyle.
