Assignment for "Healthy Habit Week" I tried to make improvements, I like them. However Iam sure they could be improved on further, if I only knew more what I was doing. Its fun trying thou! My tripod legs were off. I am looking forward to getting a better model with a level, my tripod is ancient. I bought it at a yard sale. Its better than nothing but not what I want, now that I want to get serious about photography. This is a hudge facility, and pretty new. I don't belong to this as it is about 30 miles from my home. I'll post a pic of the whole building, its not a very good pic though. But it will give a idea how hudge it is!

As a busy mom, when I feel under the weather, I don’t get a day off. Life goes on. My daughter still wakes up and wants breakfast, laundry needs to get done, and the fridge won’t fill itself with groceries. I only haul myself into the doctor if I’m really sick – the “can’t-get-out-of-bed”, “feel-like-death-warmed-over” sick. At Maharshi Harkadas Vidyamandir, Camp, Pune we celebrated healthy and joyful Children's Day with kids.
During the awareness session we had intresting health awareness talk with these kids.Our NGO Coordinator Madhura Bhate kept the communication relaxed and easy which made it easier for the kids to participate actively.
Team focused on awareness of anorectal health, proper eating habits, toilet manners and sanitation amongst these little ones.
Everyone enjoyed munching on the healthy snack after the interactive session.
HHF NGO Consultant Dr. Nilesh Ahirrao, helper Tushar Khandagle helped for the smooth run of the drive.
Shelter Associates team, Soni Chavhan,Subodhini Kamble,Jaida Shaikh,Birudev Changire,Mangesh Kadam supported us for arranging the session.

Plan out your meals for the week and eat 5 to 6 small meals a day.
Put your phone away and turn off the TV 30 minutes before going to sleep.
