So I finally got out of the habit of simply leaving the fork & spoon in their place... and allowing myself to pack extra goodies in their compartment (wether I eat them or not!) And today was a day I should have forseen the need for the spoon [see: banana mix/mess]. Praise God I have a random actual spoon at my desk from being sick and needing honey in my tea!
this was the absolute best lunch thus far... in fact, the munchees were so good (especially with the tamari coming out of the little fishies!) I went back to the store to get more. But the sale was over *pouty lip*

* Drink Plenty Of Water
Water is known detoxifying agent. It helps in removing all the toxins in the body that might have accumulated leading to weight gain. Drinking enough water in a day will help you in weight loss. at the moment the recommended amount is 8 glasses in a day. Drink water 30 minutes before and after a meal. Hot water is especially good as it eliminates fat deposits in the day.
* Exercising
Physicals exercise is by far one of the best ways to reduce obesity. Home exercises or going to the gym will do just fine. but ensure your perform intensive workout for 30 to 45 minutes in a day at least five days a week. Within no time your weight will decrease and your will be much healthier.
* Take Some Green Tea
Green tea has been shown to be an effective remedy for weight loss. with green tea, you would not even need to take those expensive magic pills that promise you a size 8 figure in day. It works just perfect and nondieting will be required. Good tang still, you will required no dieting. Simmer the best quality green tea leaves in boiling water for a few minutes. Take the tea at least once in a day and within no time, you will be amazed.
* Homemade Food Is The Best
There is nothing as sweet as a home cooked meal. It is not only nutritious, but also made to specific taste and flavors. Most meal made in hotel are full of fats and make you increase weight a lot. Eating homemade food will limit you on eating lots of junk and also you will be aware of how healthy the food you are eating is.
* Stick To 3 Meals A Day
Those people who tend to skip meals, especially breakfast, have a tendency of adding weight. This is because, if you skip a meal, you tend to eat more calories when you eat the next meal. you will also feel hungrier during the day as compare to people who do not skip meals.
* Vegetables and Fruits
These are also efficient in weight loss. they contain nutrient that also leave you healthier. Ensure that at least half of the meal you take comprises vegetables. Fruits can be used as a substitute for snacks.
* Feast On High Fiber Foods
They helps to feel full throughout the day , even though they contain fewer calories and little fat. They digest slowly , meaning they will keep your blood sugar stable, not fluctuating as most foods do, and thus making you feel hungry.
* Take Some Honey
Honey will help you lose weight. stir some honey in a glass of warm water. You may add some lime juice to improve the taste. take this mixture at least once a day on an empty stomach. In a few months, you will have lost weight.
* Add Some Spices To Your Tea
Spices reduce your weight more effectively and naturally. Ginger, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper are some of the spices you may add to you tea.
* Things To Avoid
Strictly avoid all kind of ready-made juices, shakes, ice-creams, candies, jelly, jam, bread spreads, sauces, cheese, butter, chutneys, cold drinks, chips and other preserved and canned items. Avoid potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam and other starchy vegetables.
Within a month reduce your obesity.

I Have A Hearing Problem With Both Ears & The Worst Is It's Been Degrading As I Am Growing. I Need These Button Cell Batteries For My "BTE Hearing-Aid" Which I Have Been Using For Last Six Years Without Consulting Doctors Because When I Visited Them They Concluded - " It Can't Be Cured But Stopped i.e. I Will Not Get Back My Natural Hearing Power." I Also Had My Right Ear Operated Back Then, But For Some Reasons(Not Sure Which One Was The Exact Reason), I Lost My Hearing Ability Just 2 Months After That Operation. By Now, My Normal Hearing Ability Is Probably Not Even Half Of What 1 Healthy Ear Can Hear.
I Have Seen Youtube Videos Of People Born Deaf But Being Able To Hear After Doing Hearing Implantation, Which Seems To Be Highly Expensive For Me! It Feels Good To See Their Reactions Because I Have Experienced That Pleasure But I Am Also The One Who Lost It Again. I Have Had To Face Problem When I Was At School, Then In College, Then At Work. You Know, It's Just Sad & Bad That I Have Always Been Facing It In My Everyday Life Since It Started.
The Only Brighter Side I Always Consider Is That I Am Not Completely Deaf Yet, I Just Have Severe Hearing Disability. Other Need Medicines, I Need Batteries!! ;)
So Guys, Please Be Careful! Our Health Is Our Precious Wealth & Never Look For A Second Chance When It Comes To Health. Rests Are Just The Phases Of Life.

With A Hope To Hear Better, 7 Years After The First Surgery, I Opted For The Surgery Of My Right Ear Again On 22-Mar-2012 and Left Ear On 7-Jun-2012.

Good News Is - Since The Left Surgery, My Right Ear Hearing Ability Has Improved & I Have A Hope For The Same With Left Ear. I Haven't Used (Do Not Need To Use) My Hearing Aid Machine For Normal Conversation Since 2nd Week Of June 2012.
The Hearing Ability, After The Recent Surgeries, Has Improved Comparatively But Not 100% Re-stored. Let See, What Happens .. All The Best To Myself! :)

Styled Chicken Stock from master soup and stock maker 100 Bowls of Soup in Herndon, Va.
Part of a series of styled flavor shots I have in progress for 100 Bowls.
I got my first batch of bento goodies in the mail, direct from Japan. I eagerly made up some eggs to test out various molds (admittedly, I had to call my mom & consult the internet for proper hard-boiled egg making instructions)
The car turned out the best, mostly because the other molds would work best with larger eggs *now on the prowl*
this shot also better displays my new nifty soy sauce/tamari fish. A simple squeeze and fill technique, direct from the big bottle, & I was good to go!
