Recently I had the uncommon opportunity to photograph both of our Health First Health First Trauma Center and First Flight Air Medical Transport helicopters in action. These aircraft arenât just impressive to look atâthey are flying ambulances, equipped to deliver life-saving care when literally every minute matters.

From trauma scenes to inter-facility transfers, air ambulances extend the reach of our hospitals and bring lifesaving expertise directly to patients across Central Florida.

None of this would be possible without the incredible pilots, nurses, and paramedics who make up our First Flight crews. We are deeply grateful for their skill, courage, and commitment to serve Brevard County.

Spinal manipulation has been practiced since the beginning of recorded time. Chinese records from about 2700 BC provide one of the earliest written references to spinal manipulation

Today our surroundings are evolving to adapt and innovate to "the new normal", many have been severely affected in terms of their health, schedules, practices, and restrictive movements. The general observations of Covid-19 have more likely made everyone experience various degrees of anxiety, worry, and uncertainty.

Lifestyles changed completely or partially, in terms of eating, sleeping, and other regular routines leading as welcome to lifestyle diseases.

Indigestion, constipation, and digestive disorders have increased in many citizens.

These diseases can be controlled with proper diet and exercise.
