The boys had their annual inspection yesterday. Fritz so adores any attention that he actively enjoys having an injection. You can see him almost smiling in the last photo while Ellin does the deed!
I didn't get a photo of Ralph having his, but both Rosie and Fritz immediately sniffed the site of the jab, and withdrew so fast I didn't get the shot.
I had a healthcheck at work on Friday, the test measured all kinds of stuff including blood pressure, fat, bone mass, how your stomach is doing, basically how healthy you are. Mine turned out pretty well, though I'm still pretty young compared to the other people at work. I was told to include exercise in my life to ensure I increase my metabolism when I grow older. He suggested to just do some weights so the day after, I bought some. It's been pretty fun, my arms ache right now but I feel productive. Lets hope this continues! Will be a 43 thing to keep this up

Yesterday, I had my first annual Japanese health check. They ran lots of tests on us - weight/height, eye test, measuring our waist, taking an x-ray of our chests (to check for TB) and a few other things.
When they had all of our blood, they put it in this thing and spun it. I thought it looked cool.
The colors aren't as bright as I would have liked.
Today's SP was going to be the one in Comments. Flickrfriends will know that I am a huge believer in regular healthchecks and so as I have a routine colonoscopy tomorrow, I thought I'd continue with that as a series over the weekend.
But as I went out for a quick walk with Alfie in glorious frosty sunshine before the er..fireworks began, I just felt so d*mn happy that I got my IPhone out.... :-)
