We took this shot from the overlook above Lea Lake. It's not great, but the sun was starting to set.
Water is powerful. It can manipulate. It can damage. It is strong. It overwhelms. It's reliable. It's shrewd - everyone thinks it's calm and tranquil, but it builds raging storms.

Oh the north countree is a hard country
That mothers a bloody brood;
And its icy arms hold hidden charms
For the greedy, the sinful and lewd.
And strong men rust, from the gold and the lust
That sears the Northland soul,
But the wickedest horn, from the Pole to the Horn,
Is the Hermit of Shark-Tooth Shoal
from The Ballad of Yukon Jake by Edward H. Paramore, not Robert W. Service as many believe!

Ducky fall down, go boom!
If 'George of the Jungle' was a rubber ducky, he would be here.
Other a.k.a.s would be welcomed.

Note: I have recently obtained a rubber ducky of my own which is cute enough to replace the public domain ducky in this picture. This replacement should be made sometime in the near future.
Stop action of Progreston Falls, I had perfect light for shots like these. The hard water of the creek (Bronte) causes the amber color.
Dan plans to spend more time bowhunting this fall. Tune in to this week's radio show to learn how he did on opening weekend.

Here is a shot of the side of a JR train before applying our Stainless Steel cleaner. You can see the rust, durt and grime that has built up over time. Normally you would need something like a harsh acid to clean this off but with our safe, easy to use and effective product that isn't necessary.
Jeff Kelm caught these walleyes on Lake Winnebago on July 27. The fish on top is a normal yellow-phase walleye. The bottom fish is a rare blue-phase walleye. Blue walleyes, perch and northern pike occasionally show up in Lake Winnebago and other Wisconsin lakes.
Dan and Jeff discuss this rare catch on Outdoors Radio Show 831.

Here I get to work, using a fine grit sponge pad and a few spritzes of our Stainless Steel Cleaner. I won't say that it only took a few seconds (actually took about a minute, minute and a half) but it wasnt long before the 'tough to remove' encrustation was removed.

Once again, with only a bit of scrubbing, our Stainless Steel Cleaner, and some water, this 'hard to remove' buildup was quickly and easily removed.
This is a picture of a sign taken at a nearby business. You can see how rust has formed in the grains of the metal and discolored the material.
Now, after an application of our Stainless Steel Cleaner, a bit of gentle scrubbing with a fine grit sponge pad, and some water the rust, dirt, and grime has come right leaving a sparkling like new surface.
This picture was taken in a lakeside cottage in Wisconsin. On the left side you can see years (probably 10 or more) of buildup. On the right side the Tile Cleaner has been applied and with a minimal amount of light scrubbing and a generous rinse of water, cleaned. All in all it took about a minute to get the shower to look like this.
