The site also has a licensed café and a gift shop with unique items from local artisans. Nearby, Kilby Park offers a beautiful campground, sandy beaches, nature trails, and a boat launch.
The Kilby Café at the Kilby Historic Site offers a delightful dining experience with a home-style soup and sandwich menu. You can enjoy delicious homemade date squares, carrot cake, Cabin Fever Junction pies, and Birchwood Gourmet Ice Cream. The café has a cozy, 1900s-themed atmosphere with friendly staff and country hospitality.
The Kilby Gift Shop is located in the Orientation Barn and features a wonderful selection of items from local artisans, books from local authors, old-fashioned candy, and souvenirs. It's a great place to find unique gifts and mementos from your visit.
It's a wonderful place to step back in time and experience the history and charm of a bygone era.
