SSC challenge this week is to make a "scene" card. I struggled a bit but a quick look through some on-line galleries gave me some ideas ( Thanks Monika... one of yours gave me the most inspiration)

This scene is a shop front... Striped and circle papers from Inque Boutique ( Always in Bloom) Spellbinders dies ( Parsian Accents and tags) stamps by Hero Arts, Fiskars and Stampendous. I layered the papers on the card base and then cut out the tags for the windows. Stamped the tables inside and embossed the bag and shoes and cut them out and added. See here for the inside

My hair was being weird today

I have been working on this blanket since like December off and on! It has many of them colors from ο»Ώthe nursery and will be wrapped around my little bambina in about 5 weeks.

Design is from internet.

I'm in the paper today *blush*

Trying out an 'un-neat piece' with scrap pieces, rolled edges from silk scarves, silk sari yarn and merino wisps roughly added to a merino base.

I like the way it turned out but not all the colours together.

this is a sock i just finished..half way done with his mate..i must say, i am very proud of this..i was prancing around the house last night showing them off to my kids :)

I'm loving the timeless look these metal pumps add to these old jars.. not to mention years of use!

Hubby's mad color weave socks. Turned out good. Knit out of Opal sock yarn.

alas, not mine.

I followed a pattern for a dress but made it jumper instead. I'm not much of a dress wearer. Pattern is here in English www.novitaknits.com/en/en/patterns/womens-knitted-dress-n...

I crocheted this rug with yarn I hand-cut from two thrift store fabric remnants.

I started making some sweet little kitties made of felted wool. Their clothes are made of some vintage linens, buttons and other materials. I drew the pattern for these dolls myself.

100% cotton, wooden buttons, metal butterflies and big wooden decorative button, leather boots

Seen at a booth during the weekly farmer's market on our Square. Friendly little cub scout was holding it for his family's business.

I finally finished my first pair of socks! Weird how the striping matched up except on the toes and ankles...

Molly has a collar that you can take off: you can use it as a bracelet for her or for yourself, or you can make pigtails with it in your own hair!

2.25" hand pressed pocket mirror, featuring a detail from a Klimt painting that I recycled. Perfect size for your purse or pocket and it comes with a nifty little pouch to protect it. Great Mother's Day gift!
