看他筆記簿裡的「近況」的時候，我想了想上一次我把他的筆記簿拿在手上時的情景，也應該相隔多年，當時我們的朋友堆，買了本全新的筆記簿，還想好了個計劃，先先是圈內的朋友都在裡頭畫點東西，然後一直傳到朋友的朋友手中，又希望它能寄到地球的某一處而且還可以記載些甚麼回來，但可惜在中途它就消失了。
而現在他拿在手中的已變成了他作業的工具，就是他自家服裝品牌上的資料，除了重視工作之外，我當然希望他會將其他的點子都會加進簿裡頭，也許日後我們會再把些有趣的計劃重做一次，亦預祝成功(笑)！

Learning to sketch means "learning to see". Sketchers observe their environment in a different way. In Sermoneta we train ourselves to discover our senses in a foreign country on a unknown location by drawing. We learn to know the place - and ourselves by showing to us our sketches: Catch as sketch can by handdrawing through the eye to the brain into our memories. We never forget what we sketch. This makes the difference to a photo and makes it so precious to future architects.
Our aim is not to produce arts. What we do is "handcraft observation". Everyone does it in a little different way, finds his or her line by exercise, his oder her pen, her format and his handwriting: There is no "correct drawing". Everyone can learn this kind to see who really wants to learn and to invest himself. This is no question of skill, but a question of intention. But it does´nt work without exercise and patience: Drawing is a permanent kick off.

Throughout my National Diploma in Fashion and Clothing, life drawing played a major role. Learning how to draw the human body in proper proportions, using colours and techniques to translate a mood/feel onto paper and how to manipulate different mediums to produce unique pieces of art. All these aspects have given me the skills and knowledge to find a way of working in which I can excel.
