I drew this from a tatoo magazine where someone had the Harley Davidson eagle on his back. The original was given away and now hangs in an office somewhere in VA. It was done with a no. 2 pencil, my favorite tool.

This Julie de Graag collection is a compilation of human portraits, sketches and graphic arts from the 19th century by Julie de Graag (1877-1924), a Dutch graphic artist and painter. She mainly produced graphic works in a Art Nouveau style which has been described as being both sober yet refined.

The Diagram series is a mix of my hand drawings of plans, schemes, machines, devices and technical drawings cut from a vintage book. Each collage is an exploration of order and chance.
I titled, dated and signed this series on the back of each piece since I had such a hard time deciding which orientation I most enjoyed viewing the work.
