Finally, she gave me the sexiest of smiles as she handed the dress back to me. I wish I could track her down and show her these pictures!
Ok, there were some odd problems with this. Fit's great, but the bodice is one huge piece with no real instructions on how to do that curve in the front. Next time, I'll trace it in tissue and sew directly over it.
Also the bodice is fully lined and those straps are a pain to turn. Rather than doing ties, I attached them to the back.
Halter Hotties halter top, 'Burning Ember' is a Gathered Front style. It is made from a vintage Red, Black, White, Blue & gold paisley scarf. The halter top has a black satin silk Charmeuse wrap-around sash.

I always thought those things were just friggin ugly, and the pants make 'em look like they have thunder thighs.
