CC Week 13 Memories and Keepsakes
These hairclips were common when I was a child. I used to put a berry or a red vitamin capsule inside, making small "monsters" with teeth. Not the same thing but similar, I finally found them in a shop.
A special request, three sets of hairclips made as a gift. My first attempt at hairclips - I think they turned out rather nicely (especially the round ones). I was really pleased to find black clips to use so I could stitch them in place with black sewing thread & the end result be very neat and tidy.
My collection of cute, cheap plastic kiddie jewelry. Used for my decora dressup & mini photo sessions. Hehe.
I got these fox hairclips in a charity shop recently. I love them. I found them in a 'rummagy' box of jewellery at the counter. I never find anything in those boxes normally so they came as a lovely surprise. Only one of the four original diamond eyes (genuine and priceless, I'm sure) remains intact and one fox has a bit of a broken tail but I think they are gorgeous all the same.
I made this for a stand, now I'm trying to sell it^^
