I don't have many flowers in my garden, I did find this one in among the grasses

VELSEN - The Ventilation Towers, which are also called Hyacinths, no longer have a function since the tunnel was completely renovated a few years ago, they remain standing, because they have been designated as a National Monument.

The Velsertunnel is part of the A22 motorway, goes under the North Sea Canal and is the oldest motorway tunnel in the Netherlands.

Man needs bread and hyacinths: one to feed the body, and one to feed the soul.

Hyacinth macaws are one of the largest species of parrot. They are beautiful, smart, and can mimic human speech. They have a blue body of feathers, a solid black beak, and yellow circling their eyes and lower part of their beak. They nest in pre-existing holes in trees with a clutch of two to three eggs.

Hyacinthus is a small genus of bulbous, spring-blooming perennialsThey are fragrant flowering plants in the family Asparagaceae, subfamily Scilloideae and are commonly called hyacinths /ˈhaɪəsɪnθs/. The genus is native to the area of the eastern Mediterranean from the north of Bulgaria through to the northern part of the region of Palestine.

The color of the blue flower hyacinth plant varies between 'mid-blue' , violet blue and bluish purple.

In Roman Catholic tradition, the hyacinth represents prudence, constancy, desire of heaven and peace of mind; and is derived from the story of Hyacinthus, upon whose death the flowers sprang forth.

The Hyacinth Macaw is a Parrot native to Central and Eastern South America. These Parrots are found in Savannah grasslands also in riverside topical rain forest and palm swamps. The Macaw can live to be over 80 years old. Picture taken at the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm in Florida.
