A westbound Bergen County Line train from Hoboken to Waldwick crosses the Hackensack River by way of the 106-year old HX Drawbridge. Also of interest is the former Erie HX tower (at left).

Seen in New York City in November 2013 is Eastern Coach Works bodied Bristol FLF HX-59544.
New to Eastern National in June 1966 as RHK345D, this bus spent the first 15 years of its life with Eastern National before being disposed of to Merton Community Association in 1981.
In 1990 it passed to London Bus Export in Lydney where it was believed to be exported to Belgium. It is reported it was then shipped to the United States of America in 2010.
It is seen working for Adventure Entertainment as an advertisement for Jekyll & Hyde Cub Restaurant & Bar with mannequins on board.
This was one of the very first buses I photographed in New York after stepping out of the hotel!

A light morning fog begins to lift as both of the Morristown & Erie's Alco C424s cross over the Hackensack River at HX Drawbridge. For this rare move they are on their way to Garfield and Passaic to retrieve the U34CH 3372 from the New York & Greenwood Lake Railway.
