I included a series of old, previously-posted photos with a bit of Curio's story in the comments.

Happy Truck Thursday! These trucks were taken by our youngest son, Ian, while on a run in Portland.

Rare time off for Ian who is an Emergency Room PA in Vancouver, Washington. One of 139,000 dedicated PA's nationwide.

Happy Truck Thursday!

First time I have noticed someone working on a telegraph pole.

Just after the shot, I had a chat with him, explained why I was taking a photo, and checking that he was OK with me posting.

Lovely chap.

There is a pole and some wires so it's for Telegraph Tuesday

And there is a Freightliner tractor and trailer so it's also for Truck Thursday later in the week. If only there were a fence and a windmill too, I'd be set for the rest of the week.

Interesting story here. We normally see this rig parked here on weekends and I think the driver lives in a nearby apartment building. But now, it has been setting in this same spot for more than a month. So I'm really curious how that could be. I know for a fact that a company cannot afford to have their trucks setting in one spot for this amount of time.
