Suspicious Parking in aisle 408 - these buildings looked like an abandoned army camp/munitions factory! The old truck was hauling some strange equipment, and I think whoever parked it there may have been storing stuff in the building illegally! - since the place was pretty well fenced and marked keep-out!

Retired tanker truck on display on a centennial farm outside Milledgeville, IL.
This scene last winter...
Have a great truck Thursday all!
Happy Truck Thursday!
I found this gem in Sundance Wyoming on our trip to go fishing.
The great story on this is how small the world is. Talking with the owner it turns out he has a brother in Iowa about 15 miles from where I use to live who also collect old cars and trucks.
You know whan you have driven by something many times and have tried to catch a shot. They never work out but you keep trying. One day maybe.

This truck needs a little TLC. The headliner is coming down, the taillights are non-existent and there is rust on the bumpers and wheels, but the most disturbing thing is the large nest in the passenger seat. You can see the nesting material sticking out of the door. Now, I would guess an emu nest or an ostrich, but we don’t have those birds in the USA.
Whatever it is, it is big and, I’m guessing, hungry! After all, who knows how long it has been shut in this truck.
Or it could be several chickens! HTT
An older photo for sure, but never posted. Single shot Raw done in HDR.

Not related but a commercial filmed in Paris ON. You might recognize the river view at the start and the bridge at the end.
Looking up at the underside of a spiral stairway leading to the ramparts at Fort Trumball State Park in New London, CT. I guess the blue was reflected from the sky? I didn't notice the color during our visit, only when I looked at my photos afterwards. So much for the observant photographer! :-)
Found this pair south of Des Moines, Iowa and appeared they may be in use at least for storing junk. Happy Truck Thursday!
