It's that time of the year again, when the CPKC Holiday Train makes it's way across the country on it's way to Vancouver. I joined the chase/tour group with Calgary photographer, Neil Zeller and we chased the train from Innisfail to Calgary. It was a cold, snowy and sometimes foggy day, and as always, lots of fun.
CN 149 ducks under the signal bridge at Clarke on Christmas Eve, about halfway to its destination from the crew change point in Belleville. Each mile passed is another mile closer to the holidays. Snow from the night before made the scenery look appropriate for the occasion.
