Hgh Tea was enjoyed at the fabulous Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel in downtown Ottawa, Canada. This gentleman has served tea here for over 35 years! Gotta love his smile & look at the beautiful silver tea pot along with this antique wooden cart exposing many tea selections! I must confess, after the tea we did have champagne, lol =)

A medida que se sigue el curso de las aguas, el Canal de Castilla se acerca a la capital palentina. A la altura de Viñalta se levantan las esclusas 31 y 32, que conducen a Palencia. A la derecha de éstas queda el edificio de lo que fue un antiguo batán, molino y, más tarde, central eléctrica y cárcel.

For my niece's 11th Birthday this year, we had a family outing to London. It was packed as usual but we took in the sights via bus. This is the view of the Thames from the London Eye, also packed and full of foreign kids that squeal and knock in to you when your camera's pressed against the window!! My next trip to London will be nearer to Christmas. . . some night photography!

Terry Fox ran through Burlington as a part of his Marathon of Hope in July 1980. This granite monument tribute is the result of the work of a group of Burlington residents and local donors who came together to honour Fox’s legacy. The monument is located near Lakeshore Road, the route Fox took on July 13, 1980. The mile marker symbol was chosen to celebrate Burlington as the 3,582 kilometre point in his incredible journey. The monument was donated to the City of Burlington’s Public Art Collection by the Terry Fox Monument Committee.
After the event at HGH, a lot has changed in the town. The destruction of the hospital left a scar on the facade of the Hathian, but worst of all, it left scars in the hearts of the defenders.

During hgh season, Misurina and Lago Antorno are mostly much crowded. Late in autumn, the situation changes entirely. I even couldn't find a Pizzeria at Misurina whch would be open.
The big advantage is that mostly lovers of nature are coming here at this season.
At this time, I stayed at Lago Antorno taking night shots. I found this scenery might be right for taking a star trail.
After last weeks disastrous trip to Dunwich (didn't even take the camera out of the bag after traveling 2 hours at 3;30am due to thick fog) I decided to visit one of my favourite locations, Wrabness in Essex. After not seeing the sun at all last week today I had a glorious blue hour today so much colour in the sky. The comp isn't amazing but I was still happy with this image. This is HDR-Pano, x12 images stitched and layered together in LR, my first actually :-)
