Today is "fool day" and also is Hong Kong super star Leslie Cheung (張國榮) passed away six years since. My wife and I are his fan always.

Her tongue piercing isn't real. She spent most of the day sticking her tongue out at people just to see thier reactions and laughing as she slipped the fake piercing off.
Two kilted gents channel divine mischief in matching rainbow tartan — a design officially registered in 2000 for the gay community by Ronnie Hek. The silver-painted partygoer went full celestial body, while his companion chose 18th-century sleeves with a suggestive flick of Restoration flair.
This registered tartan isn’t just colourful — it’s a proud symbol of gay identity woven into the fabric of Scottish tradition. Heavenly indeed.

Well, the base is genuine 1950's...in wrought iron with wood balls, but the shade is a do-it-yourself kit from Deadly Nightshades....it looks perfect with this base.
Not digital. Testing with white pastel pencil & gray paper (And the usual pencils) :)

We first had to drive through the village of Mansheiyet Nasser where the Zabaleen (garbage collectors') live and work.
Zibala in Arab means garbage and Zabbalin means those who work with garbage
The place smells, the narrow streets strewn with garbage, men sitting at the roadside, puffing on their shisha's drinking tea , dirty children playing and running around .
Left and right, I could see people, young and old picking at and sorting out piles of rubbish, plastic, tins, clothes and whatever ... carts piled high with garbage, pulled by miserable emaciated donkeys......
My God what a life !
I just watched quietly .
Finally we arrived !

What a contrast ! A Polish artist who has been working there
for several years has created carvings which he cut in relief representing stories from the bible.
The Monastery, located on the opposite side of the road leading to the Citadel contains seven Churches and Chapels hidden in a series of caves in the Mokattam (Muqattam) hills.
This is a group for heavenly art and Gothic Mystique art.
