I've been feeling
Inside out in my feelings
Upside down, on the ceiling
Ooh, yeah, yeah
I'm finally breathing
The smoke ain't gone, but it's clearing
I ain't there yet, but I'm healing
I ain't there yet
Inhale, exhale on repeat, yeah
Lately, it's so hard to breathe, yeah
Falling 'bout a million times
It's a miracle I'm still alive
No one said that it was easy
Tryna piece the broken pieces
But that's the shit I'm working on
The journey is a work of art
I can't erase all the things that I've done
But all the mistakes made me who I've become
I've been feeling
Inside out in my feelings
Upside down, on the ceiling
Ooh, yeah, yeah
I'm finally breathing
The smoke ain't gone, but it's clearing
I ain't there yet, but I'm healing

Ooh, yeah, yeah
I ain't there yet, but I'm healing
Breaking down, don't mean I'm broken (yeah, I'm broken)
Losing hope, don't mean I'm hopeless
And maybe all I need is time (oh, yeah, yeah, yeah)
It never happens overnight
I can't erase all the things that I've done (I've done)
But all the mistakes made me who
I've become (but I still take 'em back)
I've been feeling (ooh)
Inside out in my feelings (my feelings)

I'm finally (finally) breathing

Bryce Canyon National Park, a sprawling reserve in southern Utah, distinctive due to geological structures called hoodoos, formed by frost weathering and stream erosion of the river and lake bed sedimentary rocks. The red, orange, and white colors of the rocks provide spectacular views for park visitors. Got up early for sunrise, very cold on top of the mountain, wrapped with a blanket borrowed from the hotel, the light was not as soft as sunset, a bit strong. That’s the light paintings ...

The healing springs in Karlovy Vary have a long history. Drinking cures were mentioned here as early as the 14th century.
At present, 12 springs are open to the public. Each spring has a different effect due to its composition. Anyone can drink from them, preferably from a special sippy cup. However, the drinking cure should be carried out in consultation with a spa doctor.
That is why we have only tried one spring. It was warm and tasted like iron:).

There are two places you need to go to often. The place that heals you and the place that inspires you.
"I dwell in a lonely house I know
That vanished many a summer ago,
And left no trace but the cellar walls,
And a cellar in which the daylight falls
And the purple-stemmed wild raspberries grow.
O'er ruined fences the grape-vines shield
The woods come back to the mowing field;
The orchard tree has grown one copse
Of new wood and old where the woodpecker chops;
The footpath down to the well is healed.
I dwell with a strangely aching heart
In that vanished abode there far apart
On that disused and forgotten road
That has no dust-bath now for the toad.
Night comes; the black bats tumble and dart;
The whippoorwill is coming to shout
And hush and cluck and flutter about:
I hear him begin far enough away
Full many a time to say his say
Before he arrives to say it out.
It is under the small, dim, summer star.
I know not who these mute folk are
Who share the unlit place with me—
Those stones out under the low-limbed tree
Doubtless bear names that the mosses mar.
They are tireless folk, but slow and sad—
Though two, close-keeping, are lass and lad,—
With none among them that ever sings,
And yet, in view of how many things,
As sweet companions as might be had."

My neighbor's, and they do attract a lot of butterflies.
However, because of the special interest mosquitoes have on me, I could never think of sitting near them and waiting for that perfect butterfly moment. Just a few minutes out that evening, I was kissed multiple times.
Yes I could always apply repellent but nothing could completely stop their love for me!
On the storm front, Mr. Henri decided to take a further eastward path and gifting us with rains and mild wind.
All good here, and hope you are, too! :-)

Paint me in a river of my tears
Whisper hope and truth, courage in my ears
Remind me when I reach the other side
I'll be thankful for every tear that I cries
Don't let the darkness drive me insane
I'm walkin' through, I'm walkin' through the valley of the pain
If I'm walkin' through, I'm walkin' through the valley of the pain
Yes, I'm walkin' through, I'm walkin' through the valley of the pain

In my case it meant to step back... To relax and not to think about what happened.
It also meant to focus on work. On me. Yes. Specially me.
The one that never fits.
The mouthy one.
The rude one.
But you know... Im thankful. Im thankful to know that I did try. I was not the one that was scared. I was the one that wouldn´t take you for granted. The one that believed in every little word that came out that pretty little mouth.
Sadly enough.. My feelings didnt match your expectations. But I realized... That it is actually the other way around. You did not meet mine!
Goodbye my almost lover. Forever thankful for the lesson not to crash into something that may hurt you.

A great first day of lifted lockdown yesterday. A morning looking for adders and an afternoon watching giant clouds fly across the sands. A real spiritual healing. Watching clouds is such a wonderful obsession. Spiritual Healing is by Toots and the Maytals
The Innerdalen valley has been called the most beautiful mountain valley in Norway. No vehicular traffic, the sound of waterfalls and lakes surrounded by majestic mountains - here you can truly find peace.
Innerdalstårnet is a 1,452-metre (4,764 ft) tall mountain, also known as the Matterhorn of Norway for its characteristic pyramidal shape. The summit can be reached with some scrambling, and the mountain is a very popular destination for rock climbing (and for photographers).
My impression: a magical place!
You cannot protect the environment unless you empower people, you inform them, and you help them understand that these resources are their own, that they must protect them.

The Western Tanager (Piranga ludoviciana), is a medium-sized American songbird. Formerly placed in the tanager family (Thraupidae), it and other members of its genus are now classified in the cardinal family (Cardinalidae). The species's plumage and vocalizations are similar to other members of the cardinal family.
Adults have pale stout pointed bills, yellow underparts and light wing bars. Adult males have a bright red face and a yellow nape, shoulder, and rump, with black upper back, wings, and tail; in non-breeding plumage the head has no more than a reddish cast and the body has an olive tinge. Females have a yellow head and are olive on the back, with dark wings and tail.
The song of disconnected short phrases suggests an American Robin's but is hoarser and rather monotonous. The call is described as "pit-er-ick".
Their breeding habitat is coniferous or mixed woods across western North America from the Mexico-U.S. border as far north as southern Alaska; thus they are the northernmost-breeding tanager. They build a flimsy cup nest on a horizontal tree branch, usually in a conifer. They lay four bluish-green eggs with brown spots.
