Go-Coach S869 HCG is seen on Redhill Road, New Ash Green whilst working route 409. Friday 21st June 2013.
There are three buses which serve route 409 and all end up in different locations, after heading up the Darent Valley to Farningham they split with one vehicle going to Crockenhill via Swanley, the other to West Kingsdown via Horton Kirby and the final on (as portrayed here) which runs via Hextable, Wilmington and Longfield to New Ash Green.

3 cloves of garlic, minced
3Tbsp chicken broth
3.5oz super low-fat turkey (5%)
2 tomatoes diced
2 lg handfuls baby spinach (3oz)
Salt
Pepper
Adobo Seasoning
Cumin
Onion powder
Red pepper flakes
Saute garlic in chicken broth (I use broth left from making poached ginger chicken) for a few minutes. Add turkey—sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Adobo, Cumin, Onion powder & Red pepper flakes to taste. Cook till done (with 5% fat turkey, it doesn't take long for the pink to be gone and there's nearly no fat mess). Add the tomatoes and saute for a couple minutes. If it's too dry, add a couple more Tbsp of chicken broth and then add spinach on top. Cover and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
