Sometimes I wish for falling

Wish for the release

Wish for falling through the air

To give me some relief

Because falling's not the problem

When I'm falling I'm in peace

It's only when I hit the ground

It causes all the grief

I painted this spindle in the traditional Russian folk art style.

My first and last wedding, unless I am talked into it again...

I am learning to use my new Sigma30mm and finding that I have much to learn about depth of field. I was hoping to get both hands fully in focus.

Hands of 2 friends at Peppers Restaurant which is located at 1527 17th Street in NW WDC. Taken on 22 May 1996 when I was living at 1500 Massachusetts Avenue Peppers was one of my favorite places to eat. At that time two of my favorite items from the menu were their cajun meat loaf and garlic mashed potatoes.

During that time i'd take many pictures of the hands of friends at Peppers or Trios on 17th Street.
