“The beginning and the end reach out their hands to each other”
chinese proverb
typing is something most of us do everyday of our lives...i wanted another picture of my hands but with finer detail than the guitar shot...then i just had to go play around with Picnik too.
Hubby's hands, my bump, our baby.
It was partner's night at Musical Bumps tonight. H came along and learned how to support me to try and have an active labour and also to learn some lullabies to sing to the baby - both now and when it is born.
One of the many priceless treasures from ancient China on display in the Palace Museum in Taipei, Taiwan.
I know its blurred, but I had to get a shot of this animatronic in Spaceship Earth at Epcot. Its the body of a young man (maybe teens) but the hands look like someone in their 50's! Its sick. Bugs the hell outta me. "Man hands!! Man hands!!!" if you're ever riding SE and you hear that, I'm prolly going through that scene. =)

Bedford Torch Relay - The Police Did a great job at getting the crowd ready for the torch in the pouring rain.
From what I saw, The police were from both Bedfordshire Police and The Met.

Hand in glove
The sun shines out of our behinds
No, it's not like any other love
This one is different because it's us
Hand in glove
We can go wherever we please
And everything depends upon
How near you stand to me
And if the people stare
Then the people stare
Oh I really don't know and I really don't care
It's not a shame, no..
Hand in glove
The Good People laugh
Yes, we may be hidden by rags
But we've something they'll never have
Hand in glove
The sun shines out of our behinds
Yes, we may be hidden by rags
But we've something they'll never have
And if the people stare
Then the people stare
Oh I really don't know and I really don't care
It's not a shame, no..
So hand in glove, I stake my claim
I'll fight to the last breath
If they dare touch a hair on your head
I'll fight to the last breath
For the Good Life is out there somewhere
So stay on my arms, you little charmer
But I know my luck too well
Yes I know my luck too well
And I'll probably never see you again
I'll probably never see you again
I'll probably never see you again

Dolly shot of a sand strewing through the female hands. Idea of summer vacation and metaphor of time passing
Molly must have decided that her hand was too cold to draw, so she put her sock on her hand. Maybe now she'll stop taking off her mittens every time she wears them.

My grandmother, back in the late 80s or early 90s made herself, my aunt and my mom all table cloths. Well, ok, the fabric was made, my grandma embroidered flowers all over them. They're gorgeous table cloths, with huge cross-stitch roses, french knot clusters of little white flowers, and vines that crawl everywhere. My grandmother (and grandfather too) was an amazing needlework artist.
