I heard there was a secret chord
That David played and it pleased the Lord
But you don't really care for music, do you? Well it goes like this the fourth, the fifth
The minor fall and the major lift
The baffled king composing HallelujahHallelujah
Hallelujah
HallelujahHallelujahWell your faith was strong but you needed proof You saw her bathing on the roof
Her beauty and the moonlight overthrew you
She tied you to her kitchen chair
She broke your throne and she cut your hair
And from your lips, she drew the Hallelujah
HallelujahHallelujah
Hallelujah
HallelujahBaby, I've been here before
I've seen this room and I've walked this floor You know, I used to live alone before I knew you
And I've seen your flag on the marble arch
And Love is not a victory march It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Well, there was a time when you let me know
What's really going on below
But now you never show that to me, do you?
But remember, when I moved in you
And the holy dove was moving too
And every breath, we drew was Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah Maybe there's a God above
But, all I've ever learned from love
Was how to shoot somebody who outdrew you?
And it's not a cry, that you hear at night
It's not somebody, who's seen the light
It's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Hallelujah
''Hallelujah Bay''
The quarryman Hiram Otter began creating a public footpath from Chesil Cove to Hallelujah Bay in 1885. He became renowned for etching biblical inscriptions onto the boulders he successfully moved. Otter would then cry "Alleluia!" when each text was completed. He christened the bay as Alleluia Bay (or Hallelujah Bay).

HAPPY EASTER...
This Birch tree just looked like a fundamentalist for a moment last night. I'm keeping my eye on it.
I know it's not a church, but it still has that look in this picture. I used the ultra-wide 14mm.

Thanks a lot come to my photo blog. God bless you.
The hot air balloons ascension was a bust, but the sunsets were magnificent last night. This shot was taken with my Canon Rebel, but the photo below was with the powershot as I hadn't brought my wide angle lens. Had a great time with friends, and enjoyed catching up a bit with each of them. Here is another OhioFoothills' member who made it to the sunrise balloon ascension: www.flickr.com/photos/bigdog3c/
Below is a fabulous version of Hallelujah on youtube:
So after missing the sweet spot of the night for the star trails.
Hallelujah the cloud starting rolling in.
This is a 6 shot Pano
Moma Red-Winged Blackbird busy feeding her babies. I observed her feed one and go fly to find more food and then return to feed another. Then repeat over and over again. Talk about exhausting keeping these little guys fed.

Because I found out at work today that they are going to lighten my workload! They must have heard rumors that I was looking elsewhere....now who started that I wonder....

Forget your troubles and just get happy
You better chase all your cares away
Sing Hallelujah, come on, get happy
Get ready for the Judgment Day!

You say I took the name in vain
I don't even know the name
But if I did, well really, what's it to you?
There's a blaze of light
In every word
It doesn't matter which you heard
The holy or the broken Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
Hallelujah, Hallelujah
I did my best, it wasn't much
I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch
I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you
And even though
It all went wrong
I'll stand before the Lord of Song
With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah
I always used to look at wind as my enemy when taking shots and I used to get incredibly frustrated.
Then Shane told me to switch to burst mode and now I get some really interesting shots.
NO idea what this plant is in the walled garden at Cabra Castle. This is the only place I have seen it, although I haven't really had a chance to get prowling in my new neighbour's gardens!!
I can just imagine those little stamens singing to Handel's Messiah!
YAY my first Explore since I made my photos public again!
#186 July 4th
A moment of bliss as the last rays of the day´s sun hit the chapel ruin on the sanatorium grounds, on a lovely winter day.
MUCH BETTER seen in LARGE size.
