I dedicate this picture to clean water. Why you say? Weird you say?
Too many people don't realize how lucky they are to have clean water, even I didn't think much of it, until today.
I don't have to walk a many miles everyday just to get a little water to drink, wash myself, my home and clothes...to use in cooking, barely enough, sometimes not even enough.
I'm so thankful, and everyone should be as well, if they have access to clean water.
"Even in our own homes, we use high quality drinkable water for washing our cars, flushing the toilet, watering our plants; excessive? What would happen if we were some day out of fresh water? Countries go to war for oil; would people go to war for water?
We'll always need clean water. It's good to get a reminder every now & then that we can't take our water for granted."

lighting was 2 SB-600's off -camera, one postioned underneath the water container and the other on the white background.

Winter H2O II. This is a horizontal version of a vertical one I posted a couple years back. Ice sits along the Crooked River during winter as the sun rises and reflects a warm glow on the water. I would be curious to hear which you like better. I think I like the vertical one better as it's more abstract feeling.
Here is the vertical one on my website: www.adrianklein.com/p485159984/h3f786d5#h3f786d5
