The outdoor gym "Kachalka" in Kyiv was built in soviet times, mostly from scrap metal. Radiators, car parts or parts of tank tracks are commonly used as counterweights in the archaic machines.
Scanned with my Canon Canoscan 8800f; taken last week at Campus A Low Hum 2011, near Bulls in the Manawatu.
This shot was taken with my trusty Bronica ETR-si medium format camera and 75mm lens; using Kodak T-Max 400 film and developed (at 400 ISO) using Ilford Ilfosol S developer.
The shot is the interior of the Flock House gymnasium; part of a former (and essentially unused) rural school in one of New Zealand's strongest dairy farm regions.
