Guinness Stout is created using four key ingredients – roasted barley, malted barley, hops, yeast and water making Guinness dairy-free and then with the addition of cold-brew coffee to give that boost of caffeine you end up with Guinness Coffee at 4% alcohol. You might have tried it already but the jury is out on it, some love it whilst others are indifferent or just don’t like it. I think it’s fine but prefer the Foreign Extra.
The Guinness Foreign Extra Stout at 7.5% alcohol is another matter. I first came across it in Africa and drank it in Niger and Cameroon. Ended up loving it! Now it is available in the rest of the world but still brewed in Nigeria since 1963 and now in other third world countries. Try it. I doubt you will be disappointed!

My niece learning the correct way to pour a Guinness from her grandfather's cousin's wife (or something like that). Shot in Tobercurry, County Sligo. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! Please forgive the floating disconnected hand, I do know better but this was shot with a two or three Guinness handicap. ..and don't forget the proper pour is important.
I think next year we may need to add music to our outdoor pub.
This is one of the mama raccoons stepping up to the table for a drink of water but it's more fun to imagine she was asking for a Guinness.
Having a drink of Guinness it was really tasty too.
Very good value for a can at £1.29 concider we pay a lot in a pub at Nant Peris used to charged £4.60!
Train tracks in the cobbles street near the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin. I believe the tracks are a remainder of the way the barrels of Guinness used to be transported.

Mientras tiene luz el mundo
y despierto está mi niño,
por encima de su cara,
todo es un hacerse guiños.
Guiños le hace la alameda
con sus dedos amarillos,
y tras de ella vienen nubes
en piruetas de cabritos...
La cigarra, al mediodía,
con el frote le hace guiño,
y la maña de la brisa
guiña con su pañalito.
Al venir la noche hace
guiño socarrón el grillo,
y en saliendo las estrellas,
me le harán sus santos guiños...
Yo le digo a la otra Madre,
a la llena de caminos:
"¡Haz que duerma tu pequeño
para que se duerma el mío!".
Y la muy consentidora,
la rayada de caminos,
me contesta: «¡Duerme al tuyo
para que se duerma el mío!».
