Dingo looks guilty in this photo, but I don't know why. Maybe she was thinking of chewing on the book?
Nine peed on my roomate's down comforter last night, like a half gallon. I think it has something to do with the feathers. Anyway she put her sheets and comforter cover in the bathtub overnight to soak. The comforter cover is red and started to bleed in the water. I said, "I doubt he'll go in there, with all the water."
This morning I wake up to this note:
"Nine went into the bathtub. The bathroom is destroyed. Don't touch it, I will clean it when I get back. I mean it, NO TOUCHIE!" she is now at the laundromat.
You should see the bathroom. :) I took pictures (which don't really do it justice). It's like he murdered someone in there (with the red) and then threw his litterbox all over them.
One of my guilty pleasures is my music collection. This pile only represents a small fraction of my collection.
I'm in the process of burning all my cds to my computer so moving forward I can just purchase online and help keep the world green.

That cake was OMG DELICIOUS. Probably the best-tasting one in Taiwan. EVER. I'm serious.
Hebden Bridge is on the Yorkshire side of the Pennine Hills. Not long ago, it was a small mill town producing wool and woollen goods. By the end of the sixties, the town was in bad shape. Shops were empty and blocks of terraced houses were being pulled down.
During the seventies and eighties the town was repopulated by a motley mixture of artists, writers, photographers, musicians, alternative practitioners, teachers, green and New Age activists and more recently, wealthier yuppy types. The area has a rich literary history. The Bronte sisters wrote their famous novels just a few miles away in Haworth, the American poet, Sylvia Plath is buried at Heptonstall on the hill overlooking Hebden Bridge and the poet laureate, Ted Hughes was born in Mytholmroyd, two miles away.
Hebden Bridge was an obvious destination for those wanting to escape the cities because life here can be a fine mixture of the urban and rural. The water from the hills powered the first mills of the Industrial Revolution. Yet, ten minutes from the town centre and you can be walking alone by the river in one of the many wooded valleys. A half an hour's walk uphill and you can be rambling across heather moorland.
no puedo ir a cartagena y dejar de comer una docena de raspaos de kola con leche (ojo es escencia de kola no kola roman como muchos creen), los mejores sin duda son los de la playa

I cannot be allowed into this store ever again!!!!....these sneakers were not part of my spending plan, but it felt soooo good treating myself after the past 6 weeks of slaving it with 2 jobs.
There's a bunch of info on this Mona Caron mural here, including close-ups and discussions of the various segments. It's a fantastic piece chock full of delicious historical Market St. goodness.
