just trying to hone my portrait skills .... this one is a wee bit hard to get a pic of as she is always moving !!!
Naturally it's difficult to get the lad to sit still long enough to get a decent shot...but despite losing his two lower front teeth, the boy doesn't have a gap-toothed grin. The adult teeth have been erupting for weeks.
It's all happening so fast.
Too fast (kindergarten starts on Monday, seriously).
*sniff sniff*
Everyone always says to enjoy every moment of your child's youth because they grow up so fast. It's soooo true. Now that I am experiencing this first hand, this is the same advice I'm giving to my friends who are new parents. Enjoy spending time with them, take lots of pictures, and shoot lots of video. Cuz before you know it, your little one will be off to college and then getting married. :)
This is a shot of Jessie taken down in Orange County while we were visiting Estela and Jorge, who are staying with their daughter Cynthia until July, which is when they are moving back to their home country of Argentina.
I took the kids to buy new shoes today. They will never look as clean or as small as they do right now.
We had the boys for a day and a night. Not so long ago, Brendan was a baby playing with pull toys. Now he has taken to wearing glasses and explaining electronics projects to baby brother Liam. Now I am really feeling old!
Phoebe turned 3 today and I just don't know where the last 3 years have gone. My beautiful , cheeky, bright, talkative, imaginative girl who lights up my life :)
