These are my baby apricots! I am so excited as last year my tree was only able to produce 6 apricots due to the cold March winds. This year there was no harsh weather so all the blossom was pollinated. I am now worried there are too many apricots! I have removed some of the smaller fruit so that there are enough nutrients to feed them into maturity. I am just hoping we don't get any harsh frosts now!

So much Apple Blossom on the apple tree this year. It's around 10 years or so old now which is pretty young for an apple tree I guess. Apple Blossom is symbolic of a lengthy life and "stands for the concept of life continuing, even after we endure a 'death' during the winter of our lives."

Cherries and berries speak summer, isn't it? I wish this is from my garden but no...this is one of the fruit trees in the place where we stayed on our vacation in Victoria.

Harvey and this year's biggest pumpkin.

It'll have to stay where it is as I can't lift it (and neither can Harvey).

I love Kale - so easy, tasty and productive - these curly Kale plants will probably produce leaves and then later tasty flower shoots right through until May.

The 4’x4’ raised beds are doing great so far as we head into spring. I planted so much more in the front raised beds so stay tuned to see how they are growing. One of the 2 2.’ X 6 ‘ is growing mostly herbs.

Masuleh :

is a village in the Sardar-e Jangal District, in Fuman County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 554 individuals from 180 families.

The first village of Masuleh was established around 1006 AD, 6 km northwest of the current city, and it is called Old-Masuleh (Kohneh Masuleh in Persian). People moved from Old-Masuleh to the current city because of pestilence and attacks from neighboring communities.
