End of project group cycle ride
After a rain-soaked Memorial Day weekend, Memorial Day proper allowed us to hit some damp class 6 stuff after the sun finally came out! In this shot, Matt supports Deb as she precariously tries to balance on a fence post end for a photo capture
(her resulting shot to be found by clicking here: www.flickr.com/photos/djd567/55294965140/in/dateposted-pu... ).
This old dirt road is the orig. location for Route 3A before they moved it and the entire town of Hill, NH to a higher elevation about a half mile west of here. It was all moved to make way for eventual held-back river water when the Franklin Falls Dam was completed back in 1943.

Nothing better on a bike ride than stopping for a bit of coffee. Addiciton probably. It's also very important for the social interaction on group rides. But wow, Sicily really offered the deluxe version of that type of stop. Pastries there are just amazing.
Friday ride magic 🐾🌸
There’s something truly special about a group of horse lovers coming together for a shared adventure.
Led by the lovely Evelyn, our Friday ride on May 9th took us through the stunning Wildwood Gardens – and what a beautiful journey it was!
🌿 To join our trails, meet us every Friday at 12 PM SLT:
After being stuck in sweaty leathers for about 90 minutes in 100+ degrees, I couldn't stand it any more, so I started pouring water all over my self. June 2009.

Where Dyer Brook flows quickly down this gorge, under the bridge I am standing on and into the Pemigewasset (Pemi) River behind me. After two days of solid rain, these falls sound and look great right now!

We made it to our destination, about 10 miles north of our starting point and standing at the base of Profile Falls, on the Smith River in Bristol, NH. Thanks Rachel!

Boulder County, Colorado. I took a nice bicycle ride and carried my dear camera. These shots were taken at various stops I made.
This is on Highway 36 about 2 miles from the traffic light in Lyons.

First ride of the season for the Hampshire Lightweight Section. Meet up at Fishbourne Palace for a relaxed 26 mile ride around Prinsted and Bosham.
Yesterday I cycled with Wheelers discovery from the meeting point at Down Town Fifth settlement to al-Ain Sokhna sea shore (122 km) in five hours and half with an average speed of 22.6km/h.
All the tiredness disappeared on seeing the sea. After swimming and having some rest we ate and set off to the Sokhna gates where we took our bikes on a car and went back to Cairo. Been a dream of road cycling to the nearest sea shore to Cairo and here it's already achieved! 💪
