It’s not that unusual that I’m having a hard time deciding where to go shoot. More often than what I love to admit I choose the location at last minute and this is exactly what happened last Friday. Unfortunately this time I was a bit too late, so when the sky was burning I was still driving. As soon as the light show ended I reached the location and waited until I got this frame. I definitely need to get better at planning.

The two big fish hovering above the black sponge are yellowfin groupers, Mycteroperca venenosa. The small fish with lines are juvenile parrotfish. At upper right is a blue chromis. A yellow and white fish is hiding behind the juvenile parrotfish, but I cannot see enough detail to identify it.
The groupers look similar, except that one is light, the other dark. They can change their shade in just minutes.
This group of marble statues is situated on a corner of the outer area of the Albert Memorial in Kensington Gardens, London. The group depicts a number of ethnographic figures together with an elephant to represent the continent of Asia.

This is the central part of the beautiful Martuljek Group. On the left is Oltar, on the right is Velika Ponca. The couloir between them is called Kačji jezik (Snake tongue). The highest summit behind is Škrlatica. Aerial shot, geo-tags only approximate, dia scan.
No wedding is complete without the family photograph.
While the professional photographer was adjusting and readjusting the group, I clicked away from the side as the backdrop and the concealed lighting was too good.

As the pilings fill up one by one, it's quite the job to hold your ground. Taken on the only pilings that we ever saw and make up the horse fence for the Outer Banks, North Carolina. A high contrast slide for this Slider Sunday until I get caught up a bit.

On the highest point of Stme police traverse this fine view on the Škrlatica group opens. On the left is Spodnja Dolkova špica, which we shall detour. The small bump next to it is Kucelj, rising in the middle of the Zgornji Dolek basin. There we need to reach a trails branching. We shall go to the right, on Škrlatica, the second highest summit of Eastern Julian Alps. To the right is the group of Rokavi - a crest of 3 hard to reach, rugged summits.
Dans la procession guidée par le cavalier et son écuyer, deux musiciens viennent en tête. L'un frappe avec deux baguettes épaisses et dilatées à l'extrémité sur un long tambour. Nous voyons bien la corde de tension entrelacée sur des cercles et traversant en diagonale la peau pour former le timbre.
Le joueur forme avec son compère une belle paire, presque spéculaire, ils se regardent comme s'ils étaient pris par le même rythme et le même élan, mais pourtant, le deuxième joueur se contente de tenir un long bâton servant peut-être d'appui au tambour. A droite, l'écuyer de Caïphe tient une fleur dans la main droite

I'm a thinkin' that detailed viewing with the magnifier is suggested, if you're into that type of thing, of course (I like the worker looking down into the office of the guy on the computer).
