Barbie, ever the trendsetter, decided her latest accessory wouldn't be a purse or a pair of heels, but a single, perfectly crisp head of lettuce. Just because WAH are visiting Green Food today.

(68/366) For sale in my local supermarket. For The Weekly Colour Challenge theme "Green Food". Sadly I can't stand the taste of Avocados, I think Guacamole is disgusting.

Sigh... photo sharpening.

Agh. I didn't get any valentines shot today :(

I'd like to wish everyone Happy Valentines Day. Hope it was amazing ;)

Singles: Be proud and single with me <3

My favorite place to eat in London is a small japanese café/restaurant. It's called Nécco - Japanese Cafe Bar (www.necco.co.uk/). It's a place I always go eating in London (it's in Clerkenwell).

I must confess that I'm a dessert person. I love dessert. It's like a religion to me, or something like that. And Japanese desserts are my favorite. The desserts they made at Nécco Bar are a real treat. I'm drooling so much watching this, remembering how good it was !

* It's not an ad'. I just wanted to share that picture with you and recommend you the place if you're visiting/living in London.

Serving like mommy style

Her access to breakfast was helped by wearing lightweight sneakers

*sigh* my first Mr.B venture... he arrived last night, with sticks, despite my explicitly ordering the "spooned fork" (I keep saying that instead of the official forked spoon since they avoid using the possibly copyrighted spork) version!

Anywho, I'm slightly disappointed, and may have to rouse up interest in trying again... you see, I was so stoked to go for the gold with warm food, I got up at 6am to create fresh, hot, yumminess.

Now I was ready to go, food hot & packed 'round about 7:30. I went to work, spectacularly on time. I swam laps around 11:45. Got back to work, ready to devour warm yummy goodness. I opened up the Mr. at approximately 1pm (so 5 & 1/2 hours later...) The food was lukewarm at best, barely above room temp. Begrudgingly I carted my two bowl of green to the work microwave (that had been more recently cleaned as I pulled out the rotation tray and left it soaking in the sink a few days ago done with the constant groadiness of it all!)

Also of note: the laptop makes for cleaner notes... and strangely today I found myself having issues with the roundness & packing (I probably just had a bad bento day!)

I ran home (can hardly remember why) and threw this together for dinner @ Bible Study!

After its little portrait session yesterday, this broccoli’s getting ready for the real work! 💦

A good rinse to keep it fresh and clean before cooking. Love catching these everyday kitchen moments.

The Duo used their super powers to teleport and then levitate while carrying bottles of ‪‎Green Duo‬ and ‪#Mighty Greens‬ for the harvest crew. The Green Duo wants everyone to eat plenty of dark green leafy ‪‎vegetables‬, especially the Pines' harvest crew.

The Green Duo are experts on the research by Charles Schnabel that began in 1932. Dr. Schnabel is the Superheroes' hero,. The Green Duo agree with Steve Meyerowitz, author of the popular "Wheatgrass: Nature's Finest Medicine," when he gave Dr. Schnabel the title, "The Father of Wheatgrass" in the book's dedication to him.

The Green Duo is pleased with how well Pines follows Dr. Schnabel's standards, but is disappointed with other producers. There are only a handful of producers of whole food wheatgrass and alfalfa in the United States, and Pines is one of them.. Most have their own products but also sell what they produce to hundreds of companies that market hundreds of ‪green superfood‬ products.

Pines produces whole food greens using state-of-the-art, computer-controlled, stainless-steel facilities, designed exclusively for ‪‎Certified Organic‬, ‪‎gmo free‬, ‪‎gluten free‬, ‪‎Kosher‬ ‪‎wheatgrass‬, ‪‎alfalfa‬ and other cereal grasses.

If you don't use Pines' labeled products, do you know where and how the green superfoods powders you are using were grown? Are they truly ‪#organic‬? Are they truly ‪‎vegan‬.

If a company says their wheatgrass and alfalfa comes from Kansas, and the company isn't Pines, there is only one other Kansas producer besides Pines, and that producer, starting in 1946, was a major producer of pesticide-based alfalfa for animals used by the factory-farm, confined animal, mechanized meat industry.
